The new staff today, seemed upset that we asked, and told us firmly that the pass is only good for the same day "Friday only" between 10-2pm (not super convenient). Just weird when you get different rules from different people. Pros: 3 bathrooms with showers. The club has good selection of times, but you have to register early as space is very limited. They do this to ensure an optimal student to teacher ratio. In our case it was no more than three students per instructor. My only complaint is that I wished there was a follow on class for my kids. For example, after you complete minnow-1, you should be able to progress to minnow-2. Instead, the sequentially numbered class is for a different age group. The best you will have to do is be attentive to the instruction and practice with your child once classes are over. I highly recommend swimming classes for your children as soon as feasible, and I do so with heavy parent involvement (to get most from the classes).

To protect my excellent credit rating I pay it and ask to cancel. They can't do it and tell me to call my local gym. Called, no answer. Went up there, nobody working. Called the company. No answer. Emailed asking to cancel. No return email. Fast forward to August. Collection company calls again. Tells me I never made a payment in May. That I need to show them proof. So when I go back through bank statements to locate the charge I will send it to them and the better business bureau.
