I was wanting to break this vicious cycle and get back to my old active self, and in the past month or so I have ramped up activity by going to the gym, and recently getting back into playing basketball. Silly me believing that my body was the same as it was a year ago! Though I felt sore after playing basketball, after waking up the next day my entire body was pretty much a piece of hard cardboard. I was so stiff I was barely able to get up and down stairs with out a lot of effort. I figured I needed some quick intervention by an RMT to help get my juices flowing again, a quick search on Yelp led me to this clinic and Lienne Cole. Though we had a bit of a miscommunication due to the online booking system, Lienne was able to see me quite quickly in the morning. The clinic is tucked away in a small plaza with no large signage to really distinguish it, so if you are booking a late night appointment and this is your first time, be sure to arrive a bit early to allow time to find the place. Upon arrival Lienne was very bright and chatty, but always staying on topic with regards to the purpose of my visit, what ailments I have and what she would proceed to do. Through out the treatment Lienne was also very good at giving advice, pointing things out where I am more tighter then in other areas, and generally she really seemed to know her stuff. She was pointing out certain muscles that may be causing my tightness and was very good at pin pointing where to work her magic. I have tried a number of other RMT's and I found most to be very hit and miss. Lienne was just great and I find it hard to find any faults. She had great communication, very open to discussing concerns, great advice and just generally was great over all. One word of warning though Lienne may seem petite she can definitely go deep! So careful what you ask for :) I will be back to visit again on a more regular basis, though I do need some time to get over my soreness :) Thanks Lienne

I couldn't recommend this place more, and of the other massage therapist I have seen there (a woman, the owner I believe) she was exceptional too. Treat yourself, or make this your staple, for $95/hr I think it's an awesome deal. Experience: Very calm atmosphere, you walk into the massage room, undress and the magic begins. You could almost fall asleep, even with strong pressure (which I love). You head home feeling renewed!
