There were some occasions where I had to wait for my appointment but it was because she was taking some extra time with baby or children patients so I can understand that. However, she has worked with my tight timing on multiple occasions since I would visit her on my lunch break. Her office is clean, the administrative staff are friendly and helpful and they all seem flexible with appointments. There was really minimal pressure on us to continue treatment if we felt we didn't need any further adjustments.
