When I moved and called to cancel (where you always have to leave a voicemail and have them hopefully return a call), I was told the exact opposite. Additionally, there is no number listed (even checked Google) to call the store directly. I would advise anyone to look for a different tanning salon other than this one. Lastly, they have one type of stand-up bed and you feel like a cattle being run through. Horrible experience all the way around.
