This is an absolute horrible business that is not consumer friendly, and lacks consistency. The girl working the front, upon starting a membership, said there was no need to cancel in person. When I moved and called to cancel (where you always have to leave a voicemail and have them hopefully return a call), I was told the exact opposite. Additionally, there is no number listed (even checked Google) to call the store directly. I would advise anyone to look for a different tanning salon other than this one. Employees are personable and easy to talk to. They are never pushy when it comes to selling their products. UV booths are always clean and the waiting time is minimal if not nonexistent. read more

Lani was very helpful and it's a good place to tan. She is extremely useful with knowledge of the business and is always willing to help answer even if you think they are dumb questions. The product is very effective and gives you a glow even on the rainy days. read more

Really disappointed, Today my friend and I went in for $3 spray tans because they had a promotion going on, which is great that they offer such great promotions but when we got there at 8:45pm, 15 mins before they closed they had a 50 minute wait to spray tan. The reason for that is because they had one spray tan booth working. You would think a tanning place would have more than two booths for spray tanning,especially a chain company. I got a spray tan yesterday, mind you I get these all the time back home. It was extreamly expensive, 32$ for one spray tan and honestly I am not even 3 shades darker and can barely notice the tan. The spa I go "ONE Med Spa" Plattsburgh NY is only 15$ with a primer, something that zoom tan doesn't give you, and it makes me so tan and even. I will never be returning to zoom tan. I've heard good things about this business, had to try it out myself. Came out extreamly disappointed. read more

I was told to cancel on by the 4th of December from the monthly membership, I did just that. On the 5th of Dec, they charged me again. I called to refund this and was on hold for over 30 mins, to no resolution. Do NOT sign up for this, it's a circle of charges that take more time to fix than to tan. NOT WORTH THE EFFORT. read more

This honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star but I had to select it in order to write this review it was my first time ever tanning and no one was helpful every time I came in no one was friendly not even hello how are you with a smile the employees think they're better than everyone else very rude my boyfriend went with me one time because I was nervous and one of the girls was vacuuming the place and didn't even acknowledge his existence she went over to him with the vacuum and didn't even say excuse me or anything till eventually he walked out and I had to go find him in the parking lot. They are not friendly at all and I do not recommend going to this tanning place. read more
