Went there on February 6th paid $350 in cash for 1 year of back taxes to get filed. After 2 weeks of jerking me around, it turns out the taxes were already filed that year. Didn't "process the refund" that they owed me until March 6th and here it is April 5th and I still have yet to receive the money. At this point it is almost theft. Have called repeatedly I've dealt with nothing but rudness and telephone toughness from the supposed owner of the company. They refuse to give me any information as to where money is and when asked for a tracking number they repeatedly either try to change the subject or even lately my personal favorite is they just hangup on you altogether.. horrible place and even worse people. You're better off doing the taxes yourself and risk getting audited.. the levels of douchbagness that owns and operates this place is through the roof
