Because of that history, we trusted them with restucco work and a roof resurfacing project. After they restuccoed our home, a crack appeared. They came back to repair it, but within a week the crack returned. Since then, we have been trying to get them to come back and properly address the issue, with no resolution. It has now been about a year since we paid to have our roof resurfaced. We have a signed contract and invoice showing payment for the resurfacing work. However, Albert is now denying that his company performed the roof resurfacing -- despite his signature being on the receipt. We have provided documentation, yet we are still not receiving follow-up or inspection of the roof to ensure there are no leaks. A proper power wash was also part of the agreement and has not been addressed. Repeated calls and texts have gone unanswered. As repeat customers who referred others, this has been extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. If you are considering hiring them, proceed with caution and ensure all work and follow-up commitments are honored.

Jon came to our house a few weeks ago and we discussed what needed to be done as well as what should or should not be done with the other trees in our front and back yards. Jon was very personable, knowledgeable, on time, and he took the time to answer my many questions (I'm a former journalist so I'm used to asking a lot of questions. Also, I had coffee). I enjoyed meeting Jon and got a good feeling about the company. Scheduling the work was done through online communication with Jolene. She was very pleasant to work with, answered all my questions, and my good feeling about the company increased. We set up two appointments - one for the workers to remove the dead tree and trim the two other trees; the other for the pecan tree stump to be grinded down. (A permit was required for this action; that's why everything had to be done on two separate days.) Earlier this week, Dominic (the team leader) and Rito came to our house to do the work. The guys were friendly and we really hit it off, especially when I learned that Dominic and I both have the same favorite pro football team (Pittsburgh Steelers; who else?). Rito said he was a 49ers fan, but I told him that was a better choice than a few other teams (which shall remain unnamed here) and that there still was time for him to join the fans of the "right team," meaning Pittsburgh, of course. But to be serious now, the guys got right after it and did a remarkable job. They came to the door when they were finished and showed me everything they had done which was quite impressive. They came back the next day and grinded down the pecan tree stump, covering it with dirt which was a nice surprise. They did such a good job that you can't even tell a tree was once there. So on a scale of 1 to 10, this company would rate a 15 or higher in my book. Jon, Jolene, Dominic, and Rito were all outstanding. I would strongly recommend them. In closing, it's refreshing to know that if my wife and I need help in the future with any of our other trees, we know which company we will use. :)
