He is one of a few surgeons in the state trained to perform the PAO (his fellowship training was with Dr. Chris Peters in Utah). It was shocking to learn I had hip dysplasia at 46 years old. He was truthful and transparent regarding my options and took the time in office to explain all procedures to me. I had bilateral PAOs with no regrets about my choice. I returned post op PAO running a 15K tough mudder in Europe, the Louisiana quarter marathon, River Roux triathlon, and the Little Rock half marathon without hip pain. My father-in-law, a patient of hers, that was under her care at the time of his passing, passed away five days ago. She had a horrible, cold bedside manner attending to him and communicating with the family while he was in the critical care unit. To makes matters worse, for the past three days she could care less, has been lazy and has refused to sign his death certificate. A simple act that only she can do which is only forcing the family to wait to be able to finalize his final arrangements and plan his funeral, which includes cross the country travel arrangements for immediate family members. This necessary act that only she can do, would help in providing the family with closure. She simply doesn't care and is lazy. Do not allow her to be your physician or a loved one's physician as she will provide the same level of care and services to you and yours. Oh and the practice manager was made aware of these concerns and yet another day has gone by without any action, care or concern by other the practice manager or Jenny Templet.

Never did I receive the paperwork or an appointment confirmation. Two days later when I called to confirm the appointment and request the paperwork again, someone named, Lindsey answered the phone and was unable to find my dad's appointment because apparently it was never entered in their system. To add to that, Lindsey was very rude, didn't except her mistake, kept arguing with me. Eventually, I ended up making an appointment With an alternate PCP. They are overbooked and mentally overworked... each patient is given a 10-minute slot in which you get less than 5 minutes. Allison Hebert missed a deadly genetic disorder that my daughter has. She didn't hear my concerns... in her medical chart she says that she checked her reflexes (NEVER CHECKED THEM) and they were normal.. yet five days later another pediatrician could not find any reflexes on my baby. I had to request specific referrals - one was never received. I requested lab work - denied. Said the specialist (who couldn't see us for another 4 months) would order labs if necessary. If you bring your baby here, MAKE SURE they are checking infant reflexes and deep tendon reflexes at every "wellness visit." I say again "Please do not bring your infant/baby/toddler here."
