When we moved we were told there was lighting and we wouldn't have an issue accessing the unit. The light by our unit was out as was the light next to it- in our row there was only one light working. I ended up tripping on there double lipped curb and had to go to the hospital for a concussion. We were told we could let them know a couple days prior to move out and that we would get any partial months fees back- this was said in person and not reflected on our paperwork (which was my mistake for trusting them) when I tried to let them know 3-4 days in advance I was told that I had to move out the next day to get refunded any money because they don't do partial months. Regardless of when you move out of the unit they charge you for the full month. I was moving out the 4th. I've used two other units in Huntington, WV that had better lighting, better security, better hours and definitely better customer service and offers for partial month reimbursement. I wouldn't recommend these units to anyone.
