Great Urgent Care needs on the weekends when your pet needs immediate care, come here! I absolutely loved the staff here at England Run! I normally go somewhere else for preventative care for my pups. My golden needed immediate attention and England Run was more than happy and willing to get my boy seen as soon as possible. Tiffany was AMAZING! She grabbed all my pet's information prior to my arrival for a seamless experience. As soon as we arrived vitals were taken and we went straight into a room. The lady who helped with triage was so kind and patient with my questions and detailed information of what was happening to my boy. When the Dr. Peterson came in, she was very thorough, she was kind, gave me all the information I needed to make the best path forward for my boy. He started progressively getting better shortly after our visit, thanks to the England Run team! A week later I called to get records resent and Rockstar Tiffany was able to get them sent over and Erin was kind enough to provide me with additional information I needed as well about my boy's visit. From the initial phone call, tp the front office staff, to the vet and vet tech - ALL were very welcoming - took out new pup here for his first checkup and they couldn't have been more fantastic. They were understanding that my dog was a new rescue and has been very socialized to interact with other people without a little bit of warmup. My dog has been so much less riddled with anxiety after trying the methods and medication that was recommended. We have been going to England Run vet since we've moved in the area in 2019. My 2 boys - Cobi and Ragnar is a lot older now (10&11) I am grateful to the staff for being soo amazing especially today. I had my toddler with me & both my dogs. They've helped me carry my dog to my truck since Cobi has a hard time going up & down. They saw me struggle getting him down and handling my other dog and toddler with me too lol vet was great! I have had nothing but great experiences with this vet. I got a brand new puppy about 6 months ago. I have had all of the new puppy shots through this vet and just recently got my pet neutered at this location. I am always happy with the customer service from the vet techs to the veterinarians calling me on the phone to speak with me. The vet office called me a few days post neutering to ensure my pup was healing well and I had no questions or concerns. Prices are very reasonable. I have never been pressured into buying more than my pup needs or been charged extraneous charges as some vets tend to do. I also never have to wait months for an appointment. The neutering does book up about a month in advance, but I thought this was reasonable. Overall, I am going to keep coming to this location and trust the staff with my pup. England Run Veterinary Clinic has been with us on the most routine visits as well as the most tragic ones. They've shown incomparable compassion and consideration at every visit. I'm surprised to see other reviews remarking on high prices, because having been a pet owner with medically complex animals for two decades, this place seems to almost under-price their services. I've never walked out feeling like I got less than my money's worth for the care received, and they always are ready with various options to meet price-point needs. More than anything, they've established relationships of trust with our animals almost instantly, every time. Even when dealing with my almost 21 year old cat who is not friendly to strangers. She got feisty with them at first, but ultimately left less disgruntled than the start of the visit. It was nearly miraculous. She has since passed, and I was devastated at the time. ERVC staff went above and beyond to help me in my time of grief. I could barely function as I walked in that day, and they scooped us right up and wrapped us in the care you might find in long-time friends or family. When we ended up taking on a very unexpected new kitten, they instant started things off right with him too. He now seems to enjoy his rides to the vet, and knows that he's going to get all the snuggles and love he desires. read more

We had a phenomenal first visit at this clinic. I had messed up our appointment date for a completely different day and all of the nurses and Dr. Powers made time for us to still be seen today. Every vet tech and receptionist came to say hello to our little baby and made her feel so welcomed despite her shy demeanor. We knew right away she was in good hands. They went over all of our vaccination records and health checks thoroughly to make sure they were up to date with her. Dr. Powers then came in and was so good with our baby girl. She answered all of our hundreds of questions and even got back to us after we left about some other questions we had. Definitely had a very welcoming visit here. I am giving 3 stars not because of service but price. I have notice the last 2 years prices have soared out of proportion to inflation. I just paid $339 for Lyme and Bordetella shots, one heartworm check, a bite of unknown origin. What bothered me the most was a charge of $38.50 for a nail trim. Dr. Hunter is no longer associated with England Run Clinic. He was such a lovely vet and I was very fond of him. Things have changed here as mentioned by a earlier client. read more

This office has changed. It is not the same. The staff,albeit not all , is less then adequate. After 15 years, two recent visits were unbelievably bad, and caused a lot of anxiety, I cannot in good conscience take my pets somewhere that they are treated in such a way. Love the staff. Dr. Hunter is reasonable. He understands this is a pet and doesn't try to sell you unnecessary services or medications. Very low pressure. No guilt if you do not want a test or some medicine. He's very practical. He's given us great advice on all of our pets from discipline to food that just make sense. read more

On 6 Oct 23 we took our dog in to only ask if we could stop giving the antibiotic and probiotic. there was nothing wrong with our dog. we had to leave him there so the doctor, Dr Truxell, could check him in between other appointments. when the doctor called us to tells us we could pick him up she said he was fine and we could stop giving the antibiotic and probiotics and never mentioned about anything else. when we picked him up he was down, sad and lethargic. in the car our dog was wet and smelled of alcohol. that's when we discovered they gave him injections without our authorization. he kept getting worse until the next day 7 Oct we had to take him to another vet and had to put him to sleep since the injections they gave him without our authorization and the people who gave the injections probably for a different dog. somebody made a terrible mistake. be aware and save your pet. read more

We love both Dr. Hunter and Dr. Fisher! We have taken all 3 of our dogs here and 2 of them recently passed away. Our dog Jacks had a nasal tumor that we kept under control for 2.5 years, the last year was with Dr. Hunter's help and Dr. Fisher was so incredibly helpful when our big guy Rosti was diagnosed with multiple tumors. We've been coming to England Run since last December when we moved to the area. Getting an appointment was easy and still is. They really try to accommodate their patients. The front desk is always friendly. It took me by a nice surprise when I was calling about our one dog and the lady I was speaking with asked about our other dog who had been having health problems; I appreciated it. Both our dogs have only seen Dr. Fisher and we love her. She's honest, kind, and does a great job explaining things. We know our girls are in good hands here! read more

Awesome - I'm so happy to have discovered England Run. My cats and I have visited all doctors there and have been very happy. They are all attentive and caring. Because of specific issues with a couple of my cats, Dr. Fisher and Dr. Hunter have both gone out of their way to help my cats (and me) through life-threatening health situations the kitties were experiencing! The staff is friendly, appointments are on-time, and doctors are the very best - I trust their judgment and feel like my pets are receiving the best care possible. I wish I had found England Run a long time ago, but I'm so happy to be going there now. I must say I was terribly disappointed with our experience there. It took about six months for all this to unfold but I brought in my cocker spaniel because of allergy issues and incontinence. Immediately they begin trying different allergy remedies pills, steroids etc. I was still concerned about the incontinence although none of the medications for her allergies were working at all. Finally I talked to the doctor and she convinced me that her allergies were the culprit to her incontinence. My instinct told me that that was incorrect for some reason I felt like that cannot be the reason. I finally just got fed up because they kept making me come back to try to fix the issue and charging me every time and I didn't think it was fair that they would charge me for them not figuring out what was the problem was. In the end they wanted to try different food but I just did not want to chance it anymore with our dog. So I went with hardwood animal hospital and let me tell you how thankful I am to listening to my gut instinct. As it turns out, my dog has kidney disease. A simple blood test would've showed this to the previous vet. I'm extremely concerned for the England run climic because they could've seen that she was losing a lot of weight and never said a damn thing about it. Of course that was alarming to the new vet who immediately decided to monitor her closer. Thanks to early detection and a change in her diet we will prolong her life. As it turns out allergies don't have anything to do with her incontinence as previously told by the last vet at england run. I'm afraid has she remain there she would've been undiagnosed and ended up dying without us able to intervene in time. I'm thankful I went to another vet that was able to catch it in a timely manner so we can have more time with our dog. read more

We moved to the area in the last year and have several senior pets. I found them by chance. Pretty sure we've been twice a month on average for the last 9 months (that what happens when your pets age together). Drs. Hunter and Fisher have been extraordinary in their care of our pets and their care of us as pet owners of senior pets. They treat and give advice on each pet as they would their own. They offer reassurance in time of need and decision making. They truly love animals and comes through in their treatment. Their fees are quite reasonable as well. Dr. Hunter and the other folks at England Run have been caring for my baby dogs for the past (almost) ten years and for my grandmother's dogs for even longer than that. I have never met a more caring, involved group of people. They go out of their way to help you when your babies have a problem and will get you in ASAP if need be. We moved here in 2003 and have been using England Run Veterinary Service ever since. Dr. Hunter and Dr. Fisher are both highly competent and very friendly. They have a clean building, inside and out. We have taken our pets here for 13 years. Dr. Hunter is exceptional. We have taken cats and dogs. The staff is wonderful and our dogs love seeing the girls there. We have had to have two pets put to sleep and everything from spaying to yearly check ups. It is not inexpensive but the prices are comparable to other vets in the area. read more

This is the best veterinary office I've ever been to. (And our dogs and us have lived in two states, so we've tried a few!) The entire staff at England Run was so helpful and friendly. They're an excellent run practice. We had come in for the first time earlier in the week, looking for a second opinion on our sick dog. Dr Hunter was AMAZING and able to figure out what was wrong with our baby & give us a game plan. She's getting better each day now and he expects she will be fine! She also happens to be a 90 lb dog with a loud bark who is usually afraid of veterinarians, and she was totally comfortable around Dr. Hunter. It was incredible to see her relaxed & not barking at the vet! This was a pleasant first for her & therefore made my fiancé and I relaxed too, affording us to have a laid back experience as well. Dr. Hunter is an extremely knowledgeable doctor and also extremely confident and comfortable around animals. He definitely knows what he's doing both in medicine and dealing with anxious dogs. read more

LOVE this place. They were my vets for my cat Rolly like 6 years ago. I had to put Rolly down (cancer) and they were so kind and compassionate through it all. I recently got a new puppy and had to rush her to England run vets for a hurt paw. The receptionists were great with my 2 little girls, gave them coloring books and crayons, really took the time to ask my girls about our dog and listened to them. Dr. Fischer was total cool too. She was very gentle with Clover and new just what to say to put my mind at ease. I adore everyone I've met so far there and I will ALWAYS take my pets to England Run vets. read more
