Keith and Derrika allowed us to have the service at the funeral home, with very short notice. We had a sign hung on the church to redirect folks to the funeral home. Things went beautifully. He was cold and disinterested when I met with him to discuss a family member's arrangements. I never got the impression this was any more than a money making business for him. At no time did I feel he tried to connect with me and my family. I've talked to others who have similar stories. I wish now we had chosen another funeral home.
