I arrived for my appointment and the receptionist greeted me and thanked me for filling out the form online. I arrived about 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I was called back about 15 minutes after I arrived. Danielle was my dental hygienist and she was very kind, friendly, and understanding of my dental anxiety. She took my X-rays and proceeded with my cleaning gently. It was relaxing and peaceful and I almost fell asleep lol. She regularly checked on me throughout the cleaning and made sure I was okay. Dr. Dickson came by and he was very friendly. I told him about my anxiety and how I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and he was comforting and kind. We talked about both living in the Panhandle! He took a look at my X-rays and my teeth and welcomed me back for a follow up in 6 months. I received a tooth brush too! The receptionist at check out congratulated me on no cavities after 8 years and was very kind.
