Dr…read more Logan's office was so great in helping me get this done, and I don't just mean the dental work part of it. Andrea spent a lot of time answering questions about insurance, telling me what questions I needed to ask my insurance company when I realized I needed to switch insurances, making phone calls to the insurance company for me when I needed to get paperwork from them, filing for pre treatment estimates with the insurance company so that I wouldn't be left with a surprise bill if the insurance company did not cover what I thought they would (which really helped because it did happen that one of the insurance companies I tried did not cover anywhere near what they were supposed to) and also helped me get on a payment plan through sunbit, with a very affordable down payment for what the insurance company wouod not cover so that I could hurry up and get the work done that I needed. Of course the dental appointment went great. They made the crown in the office and were able to finish everything that day, in less than two hours. His assistant was so sweet. They really do care about your comfort while you are in their office. They always provide you with a neck pillow, ask you what you want to watch on tv while your getting your teeth worked on, and they even offered me a blanket while I was waiting for the crown to be made. I will never go to another dentists office. Dr. Logan has been my dentist since I was old enough to get my teeth cleaned. His entire office staff is professional kind and treat you like family. Not only would I recommend Dr. Logan to a friend, I would honestly feel like they were making a mistake if they went anywhere else.

Beware of the dentist with a drill yelling at you...yelling at you in Spanish! I still have no…read moreidea what she was screaming. My experience with Dr. Escobar to get a crown on a broken tooth, in my opinion, was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I was new to the area, and finding and going to a new dentist is already stressful enough; No one should ever have to put up with all the yelling and snarky remarks from a dentist. I am 65, have 4 crowns, multiple root canals and fillings; I have had many dentists. This brutal marathon visit took almost three hours. I think maybe a few more breaks from drilling to swallow or breathe would have been nice. Or maybe more numbing, as I jumped multiple times from the pain. I don't think I should have felt that! And then her snarky remarks started, trying to school me on turning my head enough was childish and disrespectful! I couldn't turn my head, because the nitrous gas hose was hung up under the chair. I had to wave my arms to get her to stop drilling and fix the stupid hose. To add to this calamity, she needed to take 3 impressions not just one - which was not on me, but another snarky reply! At that point, I had had enough and I let the f word slip, "How much longer?" - and again, another snarky schooling verse on cursing at her dentist office. OMG!, Really? But the "final straw"was her grabbing me by both shoulders, yelling at me in Spanish and then abruptly leaving the room, leaving her hygienist to finish! Totally uncalled for, unacceptable and unprofessional... and without an apology! I left knowing I was NEVER coming back to this dentist. Unfortunately for me, I was not able to find a new dentist that would seat another dentist's crown, so I would have to go back one more time. UGGG. Three weeks of pain from the temporary crown and shredded gums, the new crown was in. I got my new crown seated, but again, no apology from Dr. Escobar. No recommendation from me.

I would give zero stars if I could. I tried this dentist office out because my regular dentist…read morestopped accepting my insurance. I scheduled an appointment for a dental cleaning and they didn't even clean my teeth. All they did was poke my gums until they bled. They wanted to do a deep cleaning for $140, claiming my gums were in horrible condition. I knew this wasn't the case because I have had regular cleanings every 6 months and I brush my teeth twice daily. I went back to my regular dentist the next day and they confirmed what I knew to be true - my gums are not in horrible condition at all. And I actually got a real cleaning for a fraction of the price Huntsville Family Dental wanted to charge, even without insurance. This place is pushy and seems to be only out for your money. Quick to badmouth other hygienists as well.

I went in because I had a veneer fall off and needed it to be put back on. They said no problem and gave me their price. 1st Try: it lasted 2 days ! Thing is when I was there for that 1st attempt I made an appointment for a deep cleaning session. So when I went there for that, they tried to reglue this back on for the 2nd time ! That one last 4 days. Needless to say, I cancelled the cleaning session and asked for a refund. If they can't glue on a veneer properly, I couldn't risk all my other 'veneers' for a deep cleaning ! What if more fell off from that and they couldn't re-glue them back on ? I asked for and got a refund. No other 'offer'.. But they did issue the refund. Apparently they didn't feel confident is trying for a THIRD try ! I can only speak out about 'veneers'. If you're looking for a veneer to be put back on... well, you might want to try some place different.

Where to start! We've been going to this dental clinic for 35+ years. It started out great when Dr…read more Hilton owned it. There have been many different dentists there since that time and a few were good, but some...not so much. This business has changed owners many times over the years, and it seems to get worse with each visit now. There are always different people working every time we go (every 6 months). Their employee turnover rate must be huge. We rarely see the same dentist, techs, or hygienists. The faces are always different. Today, they had only one hygienist (who was great but she was filling in for the day and not a regular). They were backed up in the waiting room, because they had scheduled that one hygienist with 2 patients at each of her appointment times. One couple gave up and left. On another level, the furniture and rug in the waiting area has been there for as long as we've been going there. It doesn't feel clean and the chair cushions are practically flat. Also, their equipment is out of date, their instruments were dull, and the water that is sprayed into your mouth as they work is COLD and it never warmed up! It's supposed to be warm...it never has been, so it is either broken or they're too cheap to heat the water. Cold water on your teeth never feels good. We will be going to a different dental clinic for sure.

Within about three years, one restoration failed and required emergency care. I no longer live in Texas, so I saw another provider locally. That provider was recommended by this office and uses the same lab. During that visit, I was shown a clear image of an unsealed margin on the tooth adjacent to the failed restoration. This area is now causing significant sensitivity and requires treatment. Despite this, I was told by Dr. Young that addressing it would be a personal choice and not necessary. I was also told that issues like this could be related to whether I was keeping up with cleanings. I have consistently attended my dental cleanings before and after the restoration. I have been trying to get help since April 11, when the crown failed. I was finally told on 4/30 that a night guard would be remade and sent. I provided my address and never received a response or update. My records state that a night guard was delivered to me after treatment completion. I never received a night guard. What I was given were retainers, which I believed were night guards all along. I raised concerns shortly after placement in 2023, including asymmetry and bite issues, and provided photos at the time. I relied on the guidance that things were addressed. I am now dealing with a failed restoration, another tooth requiring treatment, and no protective night guard despite documentation stating otherwise.
