I just want to help people looking for help with back pain make a more informed decision. My experience with Bridge left me feeling a bit dubious about chiropractic medicine as a whole - I felt like I was being told how catastrophic my x-rays were because they wanted to tie me into an expensive treatment, not because they actually cared about my pain. I was really hopeful to learn what was wrong with my back during my first session, but after doing X-rays I was told "I know exactly what's wrong here. I'll tell you what it is next week!" which was crazy to me. I find it incredibly sketchy to know what's wrong with your patient and make them wait until their next appointment to find out what it is. It felt like a sales tactic to get me more invested in following through with the process. I thought the next appointment would be a "this is what's wrong - let's start fixing it now!" sort of thing, but it lasted maybe 5-10 minutes total. They just told me what was wrong and then discussed my payment/treatment length options (spoiler: it was expensive and very long). I wasn't told a single thing about what my treatment would actually entail other than number of sessions and cost. And that "this will be easy to fix, no problem". This definitely could have been done during my first session, so it was frustrating to lose an hour out of my day traveling to and from the office. Overall, I just wouldn't recommend the experience.
