As a (rare) long term resident of Park City, she knows daily and seasonal traffic flows, personal shopping and life patterns and, based on our lifestyle needs, directed us to the neighborhood that would best suit our needs. Importantly, she did this against her own financial interests. We had identified a fairly extravagant home that we liked as our first choice. But we were buying a primary residence. She dissuaded us from buying that property because it wasn't in a full time resident area, didn't have neighbors or nearby kids, and would seasonally be inconvenienced by massive ski-driven traffic flow.
