It has been a blessing to met her. Having herniated my disc aged 21 I have been to see many Osteopaths and Chiropractors in the last 30 years. When I met Natalie I had seriously put my back out of whack again and was cracking my neck a few times a day for release, something I had been doing for years, and something which drove my partner up the wall. Natalie had me standing straight within 4 days, and over a very short period of time using cranial sacral technique has stopped me needing to crack my neck. This woman is so professional, and passionate about what she does you are in golden hands. Not only that because she teaches at the school of Osteopathy she is always keeping in touch with the latest findings and the fact she learnt in the UK means her technique is the best of the best. Janice has done amazing things with my back and most of the cost of her sessions are covered by my health insurance. She can work out any stiffness of the muscle fascia and really knows her stuff; so much so that when my back problem was more serious, she was the one that picked it up. My GP was not convinced that the problem was serious, but on Janice's advice I pushed for the referral and the orthopaedic surgeon MRI-ed me and she was right - I needed surgery. I will be endlessly grateful for her help in getting my problem sorted and would highly recommend her to anyone as an intuitive yet practical therapist who looks at the WHOLE picture and really takes her time to give her clients the best service possible. She cares so much that she even followed up with me by phone and email to see where things were at. She's just lovely.

If you have a niggling sports injury they can set you right with a treatment plan and offer the tips to remedy your problem. I have had a couple of tennis injuries and would probably benefit from their services. Rosie specializes in the sports area so may be my first port of call. Then again Pip has noted this as one of her specialties as well. Their clinic is right next to the pharmacy on Gladstone Road, with a small entrance but they are big on helping manipulate one back to health.

The primary way Justin is amazing is helping me and my team strengthen ourselves to be top of our game and conditioned for the sport. Justin has provided us with weight programs, plyometric programs and exercises that teach us to use foam rollers, wobble boards and swiss balls to really strengthen our bodies. Using RJ Physio's well-equipped gym, Justin has really helped us stay on top. The second reason why I'm obsessed with this place is because of how my injuries magically evaporate with the help of the physios there. I've had two discs slip in my back (long haul flights and kettle bells be damned) and a rotator cuff injury over the years, and within six weeks I'm fighting fit.
