I've always been really impressed with the information and detailed analysis provided! For your $95 appointment, you get an iridology session (where the iris in your eye is meant to tell a health picture of what's going on in your body), and this is really interesting. You also get a computerised health assessment where a probe measures energy from acupuncture points (no needles though, don't worry!), and you can see what you need to balance out so you get back to good health. I haven't tried the Hemaview test yet - it's a live blood screening, so if you're into that, you can get it done here. And Helen specialises in naturopathic consultations for things like digestive problems and irritable bowel, sensitivities, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalance and weight loss. The box was average sized- warehouse style and clean. The coach started off the workout with a dynamic warmup before going over the workout. He warmed us up together for the cleans that were part of the WOD. After the workout, we all stretched together as well. We didn't end up getting charged for the drop in- thank you very much for that! We did buy some cool shirts/tanks. Parking is easy to find right outside and along the street.

They stock a good range of supplements (all the usual minerals and vitamins) but my favourite are the cosmetics. They have Sukin, Trilogy, Weleda and other organic ranges. These make really nice gifts (and perfect for secret Santa). The health shop also do a range of different services, you can see a Naturopath, a Homeopath an Aura-Soma specialist or even a Clairvoyant. Whether you're looking for anything specific or not, the Warkworth Health Store is a nice shop to have a browse in; it is a nice calming environment and they're always willing to give you any advice.
