She yelled at me through the phone and first would not make me an appointment and I have been a patient for 2 years seeing Paul Heffington. After he refused to call me back when I needed help with a medicine he prescribed, I called after hours and the on call doctor assured me that I would be taken care of and that I would be promptly assigned a new doctor. After calling the front desk witch, she called me a liar and told me they didn't want to help my mental state any longer. She was on speaker phone and my husband was a witness to this.
