Somehow, they never all come due at the same time, and they get "off sync" so that by the end of the six months between doctor's appointments, Walgreens will tell me that one or more of them doesn't have any more refills available. So I have to keep messaging my Dr. who has to then write a new scrip and then everything is even more out of sync. If I took anything marketable I'm sure he would think I was selling my prescriptions! Half the time, they can't fill a whole prescription, so I'll go in because I have notification that the prescription is ready and there will be 5 of 90 in the bottle. I live outside of town. So to pick up four prescriptions that should all be refilled and ready at the same time might take me 5 or 6 trips into town. It's ridiculous and if you ask them why this is, or why everything is out of sync, they have no clue. The few times I've actually spoken with the pharmacist, they were knowledgeable and helpful. But the people who work the counter don't know what they are doing and they are extremely rude and dismissive. I have seen one of them make little old ladies cry. Apparently their pharmacists are spread really thin, as well, because there have been a few days when I've driven to town and the pharmacy is closed because there isn't a pharmacist available to work there. Of course the app doesn't tell you that, so that's another trip to town wasted. I'm transferring all of my prescriptions to a locally-owned pharmacy.

Flash Foods stores are well-dispersed in small cities across Georgia, south of Atlanta. They're about the best convenience stores and gas stations you're going to find out in the country. While they're nowhere near the level of modern-day QuikTrip and RaceTrac stores, they're still satisfactory and get the job done and they sure beat a lot of sketchy gas stations out there. We stopped by this Flash Foods on our way out of Statesboro back to Atlanta. It's on highway 301 which connects to I-16. The gas prices here were equivalent to what I paid at a QuikTrip in metro Atlanta just three days prior, so I'd say the gas prices are reasonable/competitive. The filling station was busy. It has 10 pumps for unleaded fuel and a separate pumping area for diesel fuel (looked to be about 4-5 diesel pumps there). The filling station is open 24/7. They use the same (or similar) model Gilbarco Veeder-Root fuel dispensers as QuikTrip, just a different color palette. Instead of red and black, it's blue and beige. The station was clean and in good-enough condition; not as nice as the new QuikTrips and RaceTracs I like at home, but for Statesboro, it'll do.

Employees are great…read more My pump pal card was used over a holiday weekend and before the charges could be paid out of my account it was compromised by fraud and the bank closed it down. The collection agency that handles unpaid pump pal purchases attached an insufficient fund fee of $30 to my account. Locked the parkers card and refused two (2) letters of explanation from the bank excusing the charge. Not only did they lie about being able to remove the fee but told a lie about when the charge occurred. I am totally for the gas purchase and only want to pay for my gas. Had to pay the full amount to get my account back. Then tells me it will be at least 24 hours before the pump pal card is reactivated.
