Verdict: The Ribs were absolutely the best. HUGE and well smoked. They don't really need BBQ sauce, but it makes a good addition. The BBQ sauce is light and different but surprisingly tasty. The chicken was pretty decent. If you want chicken, it'll do the job just fine, but I'd focus on the ribs. The beans were very different, but also pretty good. I'd definitely come back here if I'm in Rome again.

The traditional steak is cooked in a healthy way and light made using an oven made of cast iron, wich cooks the meat evenly.The time of cooking is short (2-5 minutes against the 20 minutes of the grid) and all the meat remains tender and not dry.The meat stuck on a sword is deboned, defatted and unnerved.The tables placed within the restaurant all have a "swordbear" made by a blacksmith, strictly in steel. The swordbear are practical and do not take away space.Although the tables are small there is space for bread and sauces.The sword is made with a handle made from a saddler, because the swords are very hot!You can choose between 8 swords of different meats. This is a great place to try if you're in Trastevere however, there's so many good places to try here too it would be hard to choose where to go!
