I hired Terrance Willett from "Willett Roofing and Property Maintenance" to do two small jobs for me at two separate properties. One was to reattach a downspout that had dislodged and cables that came loose from the windstorm we had. You can see from the pictures how the workmanship was performed. I ended up redoing the downspout properly with proper strapping, but the cable came loose again. After numerous poor communication promises to return and reattach the cable, it still has not been done. I just want to make sure anyone who hires this person checks their work thoroughly before making payment.
