We had damaged metal entry doors and instead of replacing them, they attempted to straighten them. Because of the warpage, even the extra exterior weatherstrip I had to install wasn't enough to take up the gaps and keep the freezing draft out. So the heating bills are way up and I have to replace the doors anyway. Thank goodness for Yelp because the BBB is so incredibly useless when filing complaints
