After planting a pollinator garden, I needed someone to fill the top soil and top it off with mulch. There were other areas where I needed soil added and had new mulch to sharpen up the landscape before seeding and to prep for winter. The total area is a quarter acre, with the area on all sides, front and back. I had almost two pallets of materials. Terrance came out on time, he was super profe6and courteous. I told him what I wanted and where I wanted him to use his professional know how. He did a fabulous job! He saw I was low on mulch so he got creative and spread it in the neediest places. They called to say they were finished and I paid the $2,000 we had agreed to. I later visited the rental property and found they had left the job half finished. I have called them at least 15 times over the past year or more to ask them to finish the job, or at least call me. The receptionist always promises someone will get back to me but no one ever does.
