Love my apartment. Clean grounds. Great quiet neighbors easy to make payments. Highly recommend

1 STAR: Extremely Disappointed With Management and Lack of Action I strongly recommend thinking twice before signing a lease here. Since moving in, we have experienced constant, severe noise from the upstairs neighbors: pounding, stomping, banging, and rattling that shakes our apartment and regularly disrupts our sleep. We have even had to sleep with pillows over our heads to block out the noise. We have reported this issue to the office multiple times and have an ongoing email trail documenting our complaints and attempts to resolve the matter. Instead of receiving meaningful help, we were told it was an "insufficient noise complaint." We also requested that Rachael, the manager, get involved, but that request was effectively shut down. Despite continued email communication, the problem remains unresolved. Before we signed our lease, Jessica specifically represented the building as quiet. That has not been our experience. The noise also includes loud pool parties and gatherings nearly every weekend that continue until 4-5 AM. We have called the police multiple times because the disturbances became unbearable, and we learned that a previous resident moved out over similar problems. Management states that patrols monitor the pool during pool hours, but we have never seen anyone respond, even after the pool closes at 10 PM. From our pool-facing apartment, we regularly see glass bottles and other trash left around the pool in the mornings. The pool water has also been dirty and extremely cloudy, making it difficult to see the bottom. These conditions raise concerns about both enforcement and maintenance. This is not about ordinary apartment noise. The issue is the frequency, severity, late-night disturbances, lack of pool monitoring, poor pool conditions, and repeated failure to respond meaningfully. These appear to be long-standing problems that management has failed to address. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED We are asking upper-level/corporate property management to investigate, rather than allowing the onsite office to continue dismissing our concerns. Management should review: * Our documented email correspondence and complaints * The history of noise complaints and police calls * Repeated late-night parties and disturbances * Previous resident complaints * Whether stated pool patrol procedures are being followed * Glass bottles and trash left around the pool after hours * The pool's condition * How our complaints have been handled We have tried repeatedly to resolve this professionally through the proper channels, and our emails document those efforts. We are not asking for special treatment- we are asking management to acknowledge the problem, investigate it properly, and provide a real solution. If you are considering moving here, DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE. Visit at night and on weekends, and ask current residents about noise, pool parties, pool monitoring, and management's response to complaints. Residents deserve to sleep peacefully and enjoy their homes without being ignored when they ask management for help. read more

I would not recommend this apartment community if you're looking for a safe and quiet place to live. Before signing our lease, we specifically asked Jessica in the leasing office whether there were any ongoing noise or disturbance issues because we were relocating and wanted a peaceful community. She assured us there were no concerns and that it was a quiet place to live. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Since moving in, we've dealt with recurring after-hours trespassing, loud parties at the pool, and non-residents climbing over the pool fence, propping the gate open for others, and staying until 3:00-4:00 AM. We've had to call the police multiple times due to the disturbances. The leasing office has acknowledged reviewing camera footage confirming that people are jumping the fence to access the pool after hours, yet the issue continues. Residents are repeatedly told to call the police rather than seeing effective preventative measures put in place. If you're considering living here because you're looking for peace and security, I recommend doing your research and reading the reviews carefully before signing a lease. Maintenance request took about 1 business day but they were able to fix the issue at my apartment! Great job!

The staff is incompetent, and they extort their tenants. Complete flooding of my girlfriend's apartment within the first 20 days due to broken water heaters. Property management and staff refuse even to acknowledge the incidents. They boot the resident's guests' vehicles without warning. The staff said emails were sent out, but none of the residents had them in their inbox. If they did receive them, they went to junk mail. Boots immediately put on cars without warning. Most residents can't afford the $165 extortion fee to remove the boot. And be prepared for anyone who visits you to pay $5/day to park. The property management company will nickel and dime the residents to death if possible. Please do not give them your hard-earned money. You are not a tenant here, you are a product. They do not care about their customers. read more

Moved in on date of move in and it clearly they didn't have it ready for my family the apartment was disgusting filthy. Wanted us to wait till clean on the DATE OF MY MOVE IN . read more

This place is NEVER clean. and there have now been gunshots, and fights. they just send out emails and do nothing when people don't listen. as soon as my lease is up I'm out of here. it's expensive and not worth it. the pool is constantly closed and disgusting because they don't have anyone to patrol it on the weekends when people break the rules. read more

There's been two car break ins within three days of each other, someone's Cadillac converter got stolen and Thursday and a couple days after someones window and steering wheel column was damaged severely. There have been three cameras located in this complex and not one seems to work, when asking for help. Ontop of that - I have been waiting months for maintenance to fix things that were broken before I even moved in. The staff is not very friendly either. read more

We moved in to the Enova apartments at the beginning of May. We put in our first maintenance request on May 27th to fix our ac and we are still waiting for it to be fixed. I am constantly having to follow up with the front office because there is zero communication. The only "communication" we get is them asking us to rate out maintenance experience. Fast forward to Thursday June 22nd, we get home from work and the ac is still broken. I reached out to the office the next morning on the 23rd and spoke to the gentleman in the office. I told him the story, he let me know he would figure out what was going on and give me a call back. I waited until 4:00 that afternoon and received no phone call. I called back to the office and spoke to one of the women in the office. She put me on hold and then proceeded to tell me someone would for sure be out to my apartment to fix the ac on Monday June 26th. I asked her to make a note that I would like someone from the office or the maintenance staff to call me right after the work is done so I know the work has been complete. I let her know I was having a really difficult time getting any communication from them. She apologized then let me know someone would reach out. Its now the 26th and we still have no ac. When I called in at 4:30 to express my frustration, the gentleman in the office said "I'm sorry I don't own the apartments, there is nothing else I can do and a manager will tell you the same thing." After the rude comment I still asked for someone to follow up with me before 5:00 to let me know what would be happening with the ac and he said I would get a call back. I didn't receive one phone call. When I went into the apartment to speak with someone in person all he did was roll his eyes at me and leave to a back room. I still have not been provided with an answer as to when the ac should be fixed. I called into the office on May 27th and have left a couple voicemails and received no call back. Once I finally made it through to speak with someone, one of the ladies let me know my apartment was on this list and it would be fixed today. I again asked for a call back once the work was complete and nothing. I tried calling into the leasing office 3 times at 5:00 and could only get through to the voicemail. I then went in to the office at 5:30 and waited for 10 minutes to see if anyone showed back up but the leasing office decided to close early today. You can't get ANY help from this staff. I highly recommend looking for a different apartment that has a staff, management and owners who care about there tenants and the living environments they are providing. read more
