Dreadful. PLM Appliance Repair was contracted by my home warranty company to repair my…read morerefrigerator. It took them 1 week to get to my home and the cursory analysis took about 5 minutes. Philip then took another week to report the results and order the necessary part (which was then shipped to him). When I called to complain about his slow and unprofessional response he told me he would not come back to my home because "I was entitled". Do not waste your time or energy on this incompetent and unprofessional repairman.
