I brought a bo staff from this store that broke during the second training session that I used it in. I reported this problem to the store who were completely uninterested and would only respond by saying that that's what happens with the product. If that's the standard of product that they are selling then I am not surprised. Poor products and poor customer service. I will never return to this store! read more
