The response time was amazing! Emailing is the way to go with Strong Roofing. The lead man came the next morning and investigated the roof. He didn't find any flaws in the roofing installation, but did find a crack in the chimney connections that he was kind enough to caulk for me. The next rain storm I still experienced the same leak, so I emailed the company on a Sunday morning. By noon the lead man and a helper were at my house during another rain storm and found out it had nothing to do with the roof, but it was a problem with my siding bottom channel that was incorrect. They wanted to see the leak and went above and beyond the call of duty!! They don't do roof repairs, so if that's what you need unfortunately you'll miss out on really great and conscientious people. If you need a new roof don't look around just call them and you'll be super happy.

When my wife contacted the manager with this concern, she received an email that was over-the-top rude.
