Instead of working with me or offering any reasonable solution, they refused to accept my late payments and demanded the full balance -- something that is simply impossible given today's economic conditions. On top of that, communication has been very poor. Many times the bank is closed, understaffed, or does not have proper personnel available to assist customers. It is very difficult to get clear answers or timely help when you need it the most. Right now, many financial institutions are working with their customers and offering options during these difficult times. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I was willing and ready to resolve my account, but no opportunity was given. I expected better customer service, communication, and understanding from a credit union that claims to support its members. I would not recommend this institution or do business with them based on my experience. I will also be supporting upcoming laws in the State of Colorado that aim to bring more fairness and accountability to repossession practices, as situations like this highlight the need for better consumer protections. I hope they improve how they treat customers facing temporary hardship, because situations like this only make things worse for people trying to do the right thing.

We expressed that we took off work for the appointment, but because it was her lunch break she left us in the middle of this. Then, we experienced fraud, with all of our accounts drained. We took off work midday to make the appointment, and Perla walks in late, strolling in. She comes and says she's ready for us 10 min late with zero apology. Then, when we finally get to sit down, she's finishing up the work from a previous customer. The customer service is a complete disaster, and I would not encourage anyone to bank here. We thought due to fraud, we'd have some sense of urgency and sympathy, but were met with nothing. We don't have a single good thing to say about Wells Fargo.

Anyhow, this particular location is my favorite and most frequented branch (the one on Shields street). I love all of the bank tellers there, however, Ashley is super fast and accurate (definitely the fastest money counter in the world) and she is very nice, friendly and good looking (I know, this isn't a beauty contest), but anyways... recently, I came in and my money in my box was all disorganized (I guess it was sliding around in my trunk and got all out of order) and she still somehow managed to get me in and out of there in no more than 5 minutes total (that's an estimate), it was $802 deposit of pretty much dollar bills with few $5's and 10'$ thrown in the mix (and maybe 2 or 3 $20's)... anyways... I hope to see her get promoted to manager or whatever comes next. The other girls there are also very great at what they do too, just not quite at Ashley's level, but VERY close. SSFCU has great rates and minimal fees, especially compared to the bank where my other account had been getting eaten up by fees. Should have made the switch much much sooner. Emma Harelson helped me understand the rates and fees in comparison, helped with opening the new the account, and to also open a Money Market account. She answered every question with knowledge and a smile. After my in person visit I had a couple more questions I asked via e-mail and again, Emma was quick and efficient in her response. She also followed up a couple weeks later with a phone call and while we were talking solved another issue so I didn't have to make an in office visit. Great personal service is becoming rarer and rarer these days but SSFCU, and Emma especially, are a consistent reminder it still exits.
