I called about a copay that didn't get accepted by my flex spending account, Angela was very helpful and quickly researched that that the insurance didn't require the copay and refunded my card immediately. I then asked her if my son could come and get his ears cleaned (since he can't hear), if she has an opening. She did have an opening and even helped my son when he arrived shortly after closing. It took a hour to clean his ears and they were so kind and professional about it. He can now hear again! I will recommend these folks to all of my friends! read more

Rude, uncaring, unprofessional, aggressive billing practices, and violations of the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act. They also billed me for a "no show fee" when I showed. Denise left the office when I was 20 minutes late due to a heavy snow storm and wreck on I-15. No call to verify I was coming and when I called to notify the office I would be a few minutes late their phone system had a message stating the office was closed. Simply unbelievable! I will never return to this company. read more

Worst experience! We thought we were in good hands. The staff and Dr Wilson are friendly. The surgery, treatment and care are horrible. Plus, Lone Peak surgical center has some of the worst nurses. Day of surgery we arrive, and are told that Dr. Wilson was running a little early. The nurse went to place an IV, but she tried to put it in the vein where you get your blood drawn. The one right at your elbow! That vein is used only when people are inexperienced, and she obviously was. She went in and out of the vein, at least five times, kept saying that she was trying to get past a valve! She was so aggressive in trying to place the IV that it was extremely painful, and it caused the person to get lightheaded and feel like passing out! The Nurse had to stop trying to place the IV, and start to attend to the person, passing out and going into shock! Another doctor from the floor had to come in and place the IV!! Then we were told that Dr. Wilson was delayed an hour, but I think our IV experience caused them to skip us! While we were waiting an hour, we actually heard the nurse trying to place an IV next to the patient's next to us. And the same thing happened. When we were finally seen by Dr. Wilson, he was in a rush! Barely interested in talking to us! My husband was rushed back into surgery, and felt like they were hurrying. It was stressful and uncomfortable, definitely not what you want to feel right before surgery. The surgery seemed to go OK, but in recovery, my companion was in pain. They couldn't get the pain to go down and we left the hospital with pain at a 7.(7 out of 10) When we got home the pain got worse. We had only been home from the hospital about an hour and a half, and we called it, Dr. Wilson, and he was not very caring, and basically told us that if he was in that much pain we needed to go to the ER and get IV pain relief. Seriously!!!! We learned later that some people don't respond to opioids! Family members had to recommend pain relief. Dr Wilson should have been educated and knowledgeable about that and should have been able to offer other pain relievers, but didn't!! I am also extremely disappointed in the results of the Septoplasty! The surgery completely altered the nose appearance and I look totally different! I don't even look like what I used to! My nose turns up and I look pig nosed! Also the two sides don't match up, one is higher than the other! I'm seriously considering a nose job now because of how botched this surgery turned out! I do not recommend Dr Wilson! Take the time to research the reviews and have several Consultations with several doctors before you choose. I wish I would have! It's worth taking the time and making sure you go with someone really good! read more

I have hearing aids. I had a bad ear infection from the hearing aids. I want to address one of the previous reviews. I had a totally different experience. I called for an appointment and when the girl on the phone found out I had an ear problem, she told me they offered hearing tests. I declined. I told her I just wanted to find out what was going on with my ear. She scheduled me an appointment and no more was said about a hearing test. I came in and was treated for a tricky ear infection. The medication he prescribed was not covered by my insurance. He found me samples of the medication. I had another appointment to make sure the infection was cleared up. I also was given pointers on how to avoid this problem in the future. Such as keeping my ear dry during showering. His nursing staff is very kind and professional. I will see him again with any problem I have and even may get my next pair of hearing aids from him. I would totally recommend his office without hesitation. Ron Lucas read more

This is the worst medical care I have ever received EVER! I was told I have to schedule a hearing test or the doctor would not see me. Doubling the cost of my visit. After the visit I was given a prescription that had 11 refills. After the first 20 days my nose was bleeding from the medication. I tried to reschedule an appointment with the doctor to get this corrected and they told me I need to schedule a hearing test with the doctor or they would not give me an appointment. I tried to tell them I just had one 20 days ago. The staff did not care it was double the appointment cost or nothing. I went to my primary care physician and he wrote out a different prescription and I wish I would've went to him first. Then, I get a bill for one visit for $389.45! I feel they should have at least deducted my primary physician's cost and the cost of the prescription. But, the billing department didn't even feel it was important enough to get a hold of me for over 45 days. Then, they said they would be willing to work with me on a payment schedule for the cost. You would think that would be reasonable until they placed me for collection during this process. I had to pay the bill in full. I could go on and on but what's the point. This place is a total rip off! read more
