EUREKA!! I've found the ultimate coworking space. Enterprise is seriously the best, and it's soooo close to my house. The best part is that I can drive here and not pay for parking OR move my car every two hours. Easy to find the entrance. It's connected to Rise Cafe. Walked in on a DeskPass, and the concierge was fabulous in giving me a verbal tour and key card. Lots of spaces to work from. I personally like the room of communal tables, where people are generally respectful of call volume. There are plenty of private booths for meetings anyways. Downstairs there's endless coffee, a ping pong table, and the occasional array of food. Enterprise is also home to a Toastmasters club that I'll eventually visit when I have the chance. My friend who works for a large tech company couldn't connect to the WiFi for some reason (probably because of his laptop) but the front desk was super patient in helping him troubleshoot. Once my DeskPass credits are used up, there's a pretty good chance I'll start a membership here. Definitely want to check out the rooftop and other amenities someday. read more

I think I've been a member for about 2 years now and always love going to Enterprise. There's lots of great nooks to tuck away and work and when I want to talk (introvert here) there are people around who are super friendly. The staff is great and the meeting spaces are AMAZING since there is a nice range of sizes for different groups and needs. I really appreciate using both spaces and now have been to the DTC campus too when I'm out that way. read more

I have been to several of these co-working places throughout the states and have had a good experiences at most of them and I personally like the concept. This one is probably on of the nicer that I have been at. I had a meeting at this facility and when I walked into the lobby I was greeted by the friendly receptionist, as I walked around the place I was impressed with the furnishings and the cleanliness of the facility. The member that i was visiting had nothing but good to say about it also. When my business is ready to that the step and expand to the Denver area we will be looking into this concept more in depth for our own needs. read more

We rented the rooftop for an event. The only reason they got two stars was because the views were marvelous. However, they make you sign a contract which they never explain to rent the space. At the end of the event they can charge anything they want "at the discretion of themselves". They charged us $600 for picking up 3 bags of trash. They also claimed we left broken glass when it was clearly a broken plastic Champaign cup. They never indicated to us the amount of charges or even where to dispose of trash. The grill area was dirty even though they charged $250 for a cleaning fee before hand. I think there is a trash vent that goes directly to the roof and there was a sickening rotting trash smell at night near the door to the rooftop. We tried to use the sink and it was clogged. If you want to work with an unethical un transparent company this is it. read more

I've been a dedicated desk member for over a year. Great space. Parking is easy on the street and is easy for meetings. Guests have a place to park and 14 rooms make it so their is always something available. I looked around a bunch and found Enterprise is the best fit for me. I went in and the receptionist was busy chatting with a member, i wanted to have a tour but she wasnt very welcoming, the members are more friendly though, it wasnt too big of a space, its clean though and i like the vibrant colors of the furniture, the carpets have a cool design, it has a gym, coffee shop and conference rooms that you can rent.. i didnt learn about the rates, i did wait for the receptionist to come to her post coz i got some questions but i guess she was in the ladies room for 15mins. So im goin to look for other coworking spaces as this one is located in sort of a redidential street.. read more

Like Adam, I too have been a tenant since the building opened. Like Adam, I experienced massive temperature swings and frequent internet problems. Like Adam, I complained repeatedly and was repeatedly told in only slightly different words to pound sand. As nice as the building is, and it is nice, the owners are untrustworthy. I was told "we're focused upon fixing the problems, we'll discuss it once everything is fixed" when I asked for rent consideration given their repeated inability to meet anything approaching an acceptable service level for the *VERY* expensive rent I pay monthly. I finally got a credit for three days of February 2018. I moved into this office in Feb 2017 and had at least one or two days with either an HVAC problem or an Internet problem every single month. The only reason I got a credit was they wanted me to renew my lease. I know of at least three other companies who've been treated similarly to how Adam and I were each treated; all three of those companies have moved out. Whatever you do, don't come to Enterprise expecting the quality of customer service to match the quality of the facility - the first time you have any kind of problem with your space, you can fully expect to be placated by Bahman, the President, and stiff-armed with a whole bunch of lawyer-speak from Josh Fine, the Exec VP. read more

We moved in here a couple months ago. The space is great with plenty of light and a nice kitchen, cafe, and roof deck. But the continuous annoyances are really chipping away at me. - Not enough 1-2 person spaces - people are always wandering around looking for a place to take a phone call - CONSTANT wifi issues, with continuous assurances that xyz has been upgraded it should be better tomorrow - Eco toilets need like 5 minutes to reset between flushes, which causes a lot of people to think their toilet is broken, and abandon ship. This has become pretty disgusting. Staff could clearly care less about this. "We would have to update the whole system." Um. Yeah. If the toilets don't flush directly after people use them, and there's no way to know whether the stall you're walking into is ready to take another customer, you should update the system. - Printing is both expensive and bad. Printers aren't labeled, so you're always wondering where you're printing to. About half the time the printers show offline when they are clearly on. And they charge you 5 cents a page. - Arbitrary rule enforcement - e.g., I was made to leave a conference room (which I was sitting in due to the first problem above) that no one had booked because "someone might book it". I said I will leave immediately if someone comes, but "that would create an awkward experience." - Many of the conference room chairs are broken. And many more are extremely uncomfortable. read more

I've been working out of Enterprise Coworking for a year and a half now. It is such a great spot in Denver and I'm so glad that our company works from this space! It's nice and bright and open and very community friendly. It's been awesome to meet new people in the kitchen downstairs, hang out on the rooftop when it's warm and grab a coffee or pastry from Steve at the Cafe. They have so many meeting rooms to choose from (which other co-working spaces in the city don't seem to have) and free phone booths, too. I've now upgraded to a dedicated desk and it's so great to be out in the open but still have a place to land. Great location down in RiNo, too! read more

I've been at Enterprise since May 2019. I'm mostly happy with the coworking space and I have a dedicated desk downstairs. Some of the pros: - There isn't a better physical space in Denver. I have toured over 10 coworking spaces (including two of the brand new spaces that just opened in the last couple of months) and Enterprise's space is the best. We have nice room for dedicated desks, there are tons of conference rooms and a bunch of telephone booths. - The "space captains" or whatever they call themselves are friendly and nice. - Great natural light. - Plenty of free parking within a 3 block radius. - Steve and Rise Cafe! The best. Some of the cons: - I find the people who work at Enterprise mostly unfriendly and a bit "bro-ey". It's not a diverse community (a la Denver) and the vibe isn't great. It's selection bias so not much the staff can do to fix this but it's definitely not the people keeping me at Enterprise. It's not a great vibe. I've worked in other co-working spaces that feel much more like a supportive, friendly environment. - The kitchen is GROSS. It needs to be cleaned more. People are gross and don't take care of the kitchen. This relates to my previous point about the culture of Enterprise and the vibe. It doesn't feel like a community and you can see this through how people take care of the space. - The internet is super unreliable. I updated my Mac software recently and literally can't get on to the primary wifi anymore. I have to log in as a guest everyday. It's a pain. The internet does need to get fixed... Overall, Enterprise is the best option for me in Denver because of the proximity to my home and the physical space I get with a dedicated desk. But it could stand some work on the community and vibe (and internet!) read more

This coworking space has a variety of suite spaces and coworking areas with meeting rooms of all shapes, sizes, and styles as well as phone booths scattered throughout the building. There's a huge kitchen downstairs if you need an industrial kitchen and a gorgeous rooftop with a view of the city and the mountains. The staff here is always helpful. Rise cafe inside always has great options for a quick lunch or breakfast and Steve is the best! read more

I toured many of the co-working spaces in Denver before settling on Enterprise. The pricing is reasonable, the amenities provide a ton of value, and our employees just really like the space. The location means lots of food options nearby; the staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful; there's always a phone booth open; the conference rooms are large, well-equipped, and available. There's even really good tea. Join only if you will be a good neighbor =D Must love dogs. read more

Our team used the Enterprise Coworking space for an offsite team meeting and it worked out great! The facility gave us everything we needed to conduct a large meeting (spacious meeting room, whiteboards, audio/visual, amenities, etc). With the downtown/RiNo location we had a ton of great options for lunch & happy hour activities. They also make parking very easy with a large parking lot (only $5/day to park) plus plenty of off-street parking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meeting space! read more

We used Enterprise for an offsite meeting space for a team of 15 people. We booked the Capital Hill meeting room and it was a great location for our meeting. The Enterprise staff was very helpful in guiding our arrangements for food delivery, helping us set up the technology in the meeting room and was generally very accommodating to our team. The building was easy to access and they even added signs to direct our team to the meeting room. We'll be using Enterprise for our future meetups as their location and staff is great! read more

I spent a few weeks touring the Coworking spaces in Denver and choosing Enterprise was an easy decision. Their reception desk acts as a fantastic gatekeeper for guests and appointments and gives a classic image of a professional work environment. No one at reception? No problem.. they just sign in on the tablet and we get notified. Staff has beaten me to the office every time and always has fresh coffee prepared. Always clean and well maintained. Members are respectful to my knowledge. Lots of networking opportunities and resources on a regular schedule. They put regular parties and get-togethers too that are always well executed. People complain about the parking but their whiners. There's hundreds of free parking spots within a couple blocks of the building. Highly recommend. read more

I work out of the shared community space a few days a week to break up the working from home monotony and find it re-energizes me to be around people. I've utilized a few but Enterprise has been the only where I ended up getting a full time membership. Highlights; the front desk staff, it's dog friendly, amazing rooftop, and a convenient built-in cafe . During peak hours it can be a little harder to find a private booth for phone calls but usually just going to the next floor resolves that. After an extensive search to find a new location for the Mindfulness Meditation Centers Sunday service, we finally settled on Enterprise Coworking. And we are most happy with the choice, because Enterprise allows us to open on Sundays which is not something they normally do and they take great care to set up all of our signs and open all the doors so that our members can visit. I've been a tenant since this place opened. Nearly 18 months in, the building's physical plant remains a mess. My 2-person office regularly experiences 20-degree temperature swings and the Internet is out for the 6th or 8th time in recent memory. Bumps in the road are normal and would be forgivable. So, why the 1-star review? Customer service on the part of the building's owners is abysmal. Ownership has repeatedly demonstrated that fixing problems for tenants is their lowest priority. Worse, we get zero compensation for time and productivity lost when they fail to deliver what they promise: An office where the member companies can be productive. read more

As an entrepreneur with no home base, it's nice to have a place to go that is central to my work area and quickly jump into my work. The meeting rooms are very convenient for me as I do not need them too often so when I do it's nice they are there. I come from a high rise in Downtown Denver with zero amenities, so Enterprise is a real treat for me. The staff is very helpful and nice. I love having dogs around and being able to bring mine into the office. It's very clean and secure. I have occasional issues with my key card, but other than that, I'm a fan. read more

Overall, good concept, but poor execution at times. Even after "improvements," the internet is questionable. I have to hardwire through an ethernet cable to get "reliable service." It still goes down quite often. And I have to try to switch over the wireless to print since the wired ethernet won't let me print to the printer. The temperature is crazy and fluctuating. They are spending lots of capital on adding enclosed offices. Instead of creating higher dollar space, maybe completing "improvements" with reliable service would be money better spent. The staff have been friendly and try to work with what they have been given from ownership. read more

Ive been working here for just about 1 year now. This place is huge! Friendly people along with being dog friendly as well. They are always having some kind of entertainment going on which is fun. Great space for co-working! Staff is very helpful! Space is clean. Roof top views are killer! Nice to have meeting rooms of varying sizes. Many have a lot of natural light. Enterprise hosts fun social events as well. We had to move because we needed warehouse space. If I were to go back again, I'd get a fully enclosed space to have more control over the noise that carries over the dividers between some of the smaller rental space. Our organization has been working here for almost 9 months. Overall it's been an amazing time! We love the natural light, the amenities, the friendly community managers, and space to host events. It's been my favorite office environment I've ever worked in. If you want to be around people other than just in your company, and have access to different, pleasant areas to work in, this is the place for you! It's great! A few things feel a bit cheap: the gym, the oft-empty soda and seltzer taps, the not-quality coffee, the difficulty with printing. But our experience has been mostly really positive! Sure, it's pricey but it's actually much less expensive than any other commercial spaces we looked at in the areas of Denver we wanted to be. We love coming to work! read more

Not only is it incredibly affordable for a floating membership, the space has everything you could want - a quiet library space for focused work, social spaces, easy printing, lots of call rooms that are comfortable, good coffee, free snacks, and dogs allowed. The work spaces are open and inviting. They also have a huge rooftop with an awesome view of Denver and they are building a gym. Nice office space that is both eco-friendly/dog-friendly with a good staff. Located in a trendy area with fantastic food and beverages. The building is former warehousing space that's been converted, and so the building has a few quirks. The biggest negative is the limited and uneven climate control, which leads to some areas being too hot and others too cold. read more

I've been a member at Enterprise for a little over 6 months and it's been a wonderful co-working home! I frequently utilize the various sized conference rooms, phone booths for more privacy, and the rooftop in the warmer days! The Enterprise crew is very friendly and always willing to help you or your company. If an issue is to arise, they promptly address it and find a solution in a timely manner (their communication is also exceptional). They heavily support the community and offer opportunities for professional and personal growth. The facilities (kitchen, gym, locker room, etc) are always kept clean - the zen room is a favorite spot to refresh your mind.
