Customer service 0/10 My friend called late afternoon and was told they have a rental there , I was arriving close to the closing time so I gave them a call ahead of time telling them I was only 6 minutes up the road and they said no problem, we will see you when you get here... we got here at 5:02, they close at 5 and the guy said we can't give you anything and locked the doors!!! read more

So- here's what happened. We had to rent a vehicle from here and we took an Uber to Enterprise at the Atlantic City airport Enterprise branch. We get there on Memorial Day (today) and there is only one couple at the desk and a representative assisting. The rep disappears a few minutes later. 30 Minutes later the couple is still standing at the desk. We see a sign asking for us to text manager to let them know we have a reservation, so I do...no one at counter still. Finally the rep comes back inside. Within 10 More minutes he finishes helping the couple. We are up next... we show our reservation confirmation. He says "just because you have a reservation doesn't mean we have a car for you", "the website allows you to make a reservation even if we don't have a car available". This is the first thing out of his mouth. Followed by, explaining to us that they only get cars when someone drops one off to get an airplane at the airport. Instead of telling us he will put us in another car, he says he's not sure that he has a car. He suggests a Toyota Forerunnner. It's all they have- we need something smaller for our daughter to drive, within another 10 min it's determined nothing available. We are thankful that there was an Avis right next to them and had availability. We paid twice the price but got a car. The gentleman did nothing to apologize or rectify the situation at Enterprise. Kinda shocked at the lack of customer service & problem solving. *** I have changed my rating to a three star, for the simple fact that the district manager contacted me after this review to try and help me troubleshoot the issues I experienced at the desk at this location. Although there was no solution other than an apology for the bad experience I appreciate the follow up. read more

Thanksgiving and we are headed north for a 2 1/2 hour drive. My wife's Fiesta was out of the question and my truck is in the shop. My Insurance company has a deal with enterprise and the website had a Ram 1500 available. We made the reservation online with no problem. We receive an email with the confirmation number. All was good I go to pick up the truck? No truck! Recap Wednesday before Thanksgiving two hours before we leave Enterprise has no ride. I was a little disappointed to say the least. But there was good news we could have a 15 passenger van or some compact car for the same price. Yeah pause for affect... no! At this point they started scrambling to locate me a truck or car. Good news the Vineland store had a truck. I let them know about my time issues so they deliver it to my house. They agreed and by 12 noon 30 minutes before departure they arrived. Wow now nice work guys I appreciate the hard work. 5 stars... but since you waited one hour before pick up to call - you lose one. I liked the truck so much, we might actually buy it from them. Cars always clean and well maintained. My two stars off is for service. Very understaffed and wait times can be excruciatingly long even if you have a car reserved which mine was by my insurance company. There does not have to be a lot of customers waiting, it's just that one employee can do so much. A guy came in after me and he said a tail light was out so as the sole employee started to wait on me I told him this guy just needs a tail light fixed and he talked to him and said hold on a minute. Well, about 15 minutes later I was just settling up and the employee says to the guy with the tail light out "Just take the car down to so and so's and tell them to put it on our account". Clearly pissed off the customer said you could have told me that 15 minutes ago. read more

Obnoxious. No thank you. I'm 48 have rented cars all over the country. I went online and reserved a car at this location for the day after tomorrow. I receive 2 very loud, demanding voicemails within a 6 hour Period. Rosie demands I call about details. I have rented numerous times from Enterprise , I always gave the details on pickup. I'm not sure why Rosie needs to leave loud voicemails. I decided to cancel the reservation. I could only imagine how obnoxious she could be in person. Good bye Rosie. read more

Michael gave EXCELLENT service. We rented for 10 days and were VERY pleased with Enterprise Rental. I will no longer rent from any service but Enterprise. They are very professional and go out of their way to provide you with service. It is all about the customer. read more

I got very good service here from Michael and the rest of the staff, when I rented from them not once, but twice, during a June trip to the area. True to Enterprise advertising, they came and picked me up at my hotel a couple of miles west of their location. I loved the Kia Soul, which I had for about a week. When my return flight was canceled at the airport, I extended my stay and called Enterprise the next morning to see if I could get the same car back. It was already rented, but they put me in another vehicle at a great rate, and again, picked me up to do the paperwork. They aren't open on Sundays, but I dropped my key in the drop box, parked and locked the vehicle, and everything was good. Easy-peasy. Michael also promptly emailed me a copy of the rental contract when I needed it for insurance purposes. A very friendly, hard-working staff overall, and I'll rent from them again. Its chief drawbacks (only things keeping it from 5 star rating): They are a bit understaffed, especially during peak demand hours. And the location is difficult to see along eastbound White Horse Pike (rt. 30)--unfortunate, since as locals know, there are no left turns allowed on US 30, so you have to be traveling eastbound on the Pike to get to any business located on the south side of the road. (Their lot entrance is about 30 feet past the big VAC & SEW sign.) A bigger, taller sign would be a big help. read more
