I just want to say thank you to avalon limo, I need a limo for a special occasion and only for a couple minutes and everyone would charge a arm and a leg and I sent them a request online and the respond quick the gentlemen heard me out I told him what I wanted and he said ok this is the price and we can do for you, the next couple days I had questions and they answered everything they send me receipts and confirmations of everything. I've used them a number of times recently for trips to and from Philly airport, and they couldn't have been better. For arriving flights, they take your flight number and keep track of the flight's status. If the flight is late, they know about it, and they show up when the flight does. For all trips, they have always been 100% on time, and that is exactly what you need a ride service to do - be on time. And all of their drivers have been polite and friendly. read more

My family and I used Avalon every year for Christmas vacation. Always satisfied until December 27, 2017. It was bitter cold. We just arrived at PHL. Our silver limo had NO heat and no radio. Trash was still in the back from a previous run. Our driver apologized. I paid the full amount. I completed the online survey. No one even acknowledged me even though I never complained in the past. As a result I will be using a different service in 2018. read more

Driver and telephone staff were helpful and friendly. However, they charged an extra $90 for arriving at the airport pickup 8 minutes late. This was unexpected since in addition to the pre-paid gratuity, another $60 cash was given to the driver Hal as an extra tip for the short delay/wait. read more

I selected Avalon because they had really good reviews and when booking, all fees were upfront (car service, gratuity) and the process was very simple and easy. I got confirmation right away. Our drivers, Fred and Jack, were great - very nice to speak to but also let us chill to get some rest. They were early to pick us up and called me to let me know they arrived. I was very comfortable with both of them. I would recommend this company and appreciate their professional but approachable service.
