Terrible customer service. Had a reservation for ~ 3 weeks and was notified at the time of my reservation pickup that they didn't have any cars available. Last time I rented from this location, it was a similar situation but a van was brought back at the last minute so I was at least able to get a car outside the class I reserved. Killian was the Best! Due to the deer hunting season, my vehicle was out of commission after getting hit by a Big Buck. I had to use enterprise for a weekend trip across state. Honestly wasn't expecting to have to pay extra for a rent a car but upon arriving to pick up my vehicle Killian had such a great customer service. He was very helpful in explaining all the details and also helping with a couple discounts since my father was a veteran. We did have issues with the 1st car but after calling back to the company he quickly resolved it and upgraded us at no cost. Honestly appreciate his assistance and customer service which made our weekend trip much more pleasant, Especially given the fact that it was veteran's Day weekend and also after the unexpected hit by a big deer. This location called me early in the week to tell me it was spring break and explain they might not have the size car I wanted. I had flexibility and was grateful for the headsup. On the day of my rental, Shawn called to check on me. (I was running later than my pick up time.) To my surprise they still had a midsize SUV available. I was able to get my car preference! Extremely dissatisfied with this service. My husband who is AD military and I were renting a car to get us to the Airport so we could fly home. Because we had an "out of state license" we were required to pay with a credit card instead of a debit card. When questioned, the employee said that every state had different rules but this was the rule for Michigan. I told her we've rented in Michigan before, and she then said that different enterprises had different rules and began back tracking the previously given information. When we offered to pay with a PayPal MASTERCARD credit she stated they couldn't use PayPal. It was stated in the initial reservation email that they DO accept MasterCard credit, but she continued to tell us not PayPal. When asked why, she stated "I don't know." I understand that rules are there for a reason but I felt the overall experience was unprofessional and considering I've rented from enterprise in 10+ locations, an active enterprise plus member for almost 5 years, and feel that I'm pretty familiar with their rules and regulations, I was severely disappointed with this location. If you're going to enforce policies, at least have a good understanding of why they are in place. Will not rent with enterprise anytime soon. It's a shame that one bad experience could ruin a persons outlook, but when it's imperative to get the car to make a flight and this is the ONLY car rental place in Adrian, I can't chance using them again. read more

If I could give this location 0 starsI would. Horrible customer service! They must not care at all. My sister reserved a car over a week in advance and when she went to pick up the rental today they told her they didn't have a car ready and they were not sure if they were going to have one; maybe an hour maybe tomorrow. When my sister questioned what was the point of making a reservation, the csr proceeded to argue with her and not answer the question. Really? What kind of csr ARGUES with the customer? They just don't give a crap. So unprofessional. Please ADRIAN MICHIGAN, if there is anywhere else you can rent your car please go there. This is not the first time they've done this.
