The red decor curtains were short and an entire row of curtains were missing. The room I checked into was 210 and is located directly in front of the building, above the arch. This is the area where hotel guests are checking in/out and driving by so they are literally see into the room. I informed the desk clerk, told her that I could not stay in a room with no curtains and she said there was nothing she could do. I asked what options were available and was advised that maintenance refused to come back to the hotel. She also advised that housekeeping refused to come and no manager was available. I asked if I could move to another room. I was told that no other rooms were available. I ended up calling the IHG Corporate office several times to resolve the issue. After several hours passed and increased frustration, they ended up moving me a couple of doors down to the same type of room I booked. It makes me wonder why they didn't just do that in the first place & told me there was nothing they could do, like I had to just deal with it. An extremely upsetting situation all around, especially after driving from another state for a special occasion. The local staff did not offer an apology or discount. Hotels are responsible for providing safety and security for the guest that pay money to stay there. It's basic. When you pay $761.33 for three nights, you expect the bare minimum. If I could give it a zero, I would. I strongly recommend NOT staying here.

The concierge called to find out what happened,and she said the cab company stated the drivers "don't like to do local runs, only to and from the airport." I almost missed my train due to their negligence and unreliability. They never should have acccepted the reservation if they knew this.The concierge was able to get another cab company to 'do her a favor' and assist a customer (me) to get to the train station on time.

The grass was always cut and trees were trimmed. if there was any issue they would take care of it immediately. The rates were comparable to other nearby locations. They have city water, sewage , trash and electricity. The city can be a little hard to manage at times but that is no reflection on Nancy or Randy. The walls aren't particularly thick. The alarm clock was broken, and the window AC fan had the "continuous fan" function broken. That's bad. The AC woke me twice within 30 minutes by starting and stopping, and I had to turn it off... then the heat woke me and I had to turn it on. Those were all the bads. The goods: They have a nice indoor/outdoor pool. As of this review, it was open during COVID, with a surprisingly high occupancy, but no one was down there during my stay, so I could have theoretically gone and been safe. Caveat swimmor. They give you "breakfast to go", but it's just a packaged mini muffin. I took an orange from the basket. Good orange. Oh, and the room was large and clean. If you're a light sleeper, don't stay here. If stuff not working in a hotel is a red flag for you, don't stay here. Otherwise... I've been in quite a bit worse, so I'm rounding the review to 3 stars instead of 2.

The house was quaint with three rooms and in a pretty quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from base. All of the amenities were updated and it was very clean! The kitchen was pretty large so there was plenty of space and it was well stocked. Thank you! Would definitely go back.

They were…read moreable to put me up in the Pool House for a few days while I was waiting to move into the Pear House. Both were clean, comfortable, safe, pet friendly homes and fenced in yards. I was very fortunate to find a family and pet friendly crashpad where I could bring my two dogs with me. They made my transition to a new home in a new city so easy. During the course of my stay (almost 6 months), they made sure I was stocked up on household supplies, had a house keeper come to clean the house and made sure the yard was always taken care of. I am grateful for such a wonderful and easy experience, and I'd absolutely stay with them again!
