This location is absolute trash. I just saw what I was charged for returning a car over a month ago. I just saw it because I had to submit an expense report and noticed the charge was MUCH more than what I was told it would be. Additionally, they charged my personal card but when I asked for an explanation, I was told the overall charge was the only one executed and all others were just "authorized" but never transacted. BU**SH*T. Charged on 2/10/23 and have yet to receive the money back. I called 2x within a hour to get a receipt emailed to me; never received so I had to go in person. Expressed my displeasure in person and was told I would get a call back from the higher manager by 3pm. At 3:50, I call them and asked for said manager by name. I've been on hold going on 1 hr & 20 mins now. ABSOLUTE TRASH! Choose another location or choose a different company altogether. Don't leave any location without the receipt. I have dealt with the Benton location for the past 3 years and the service has gotten worse and worse over time with each manager. On my last visit I arrived behind schedule and they told me I had a hour long window to hold the reservation. On this visit they rented the car I reserved out because I was 15 minutes behind. They went from giving you a courtesy call to no warnings about renting your reservation out within a year while not sharing a single bit of information on this with their customers. When asked about one of the numerous cars out front they told me mine was at the mechanic shop. read more

This location promised my mother she could get the vehicle she wanted if she waited 24hrs to get it..... we get there and they only have 3 vehicles to choose from and none of them are large SUVs. The representative at this location are extremely rude, they repeatedly just told me info about my reservation that I already knew I made, (like the time, and that it was made online) I know that I made it at 5am that morning. They didn't have any cars available because there are not enough cars at any of the locations in Arkansas. The gentleman I was on the phone with was talking over me and just kept repeating my information to me. I asked to speak with the manager and explained what happened and he told me "No He didn't yell or talk over you" so I guess it was my imagination then. They have a rather poor selection of vehicles and high rates compared to other rental agencies (including other Enterprise locations) that I have used throughout the country. The vehicle was not very clean on the outside, and one tire kept losing air on cold nights. My real issue, though, is their billing practices. They also charge an arbitrary "VLF Recover Fee" and pad the Rental Vehicle Tax rate - the rate is 10% in Arkansas, but they charge 12.875%. My insurance company arranged the rental location, but they said that they didn't have any cars for the insurance per diem, so I'd have to cover the difference. It ended up being substantially more than indicated at the counter. Basically, I paid $35/day on top of the $30/day that the insurance company was paying. If you do decide to use this location, read the paperwork very carefully. I would recommend getting a breakdown ahead of time in writing to review. They will try to rush you and give you lower numbers at the counter. read more

I rent from this location often. As a Youth Minister, I have to rent several times a year. And lately, I've had to have a rental for a recall on my Ford. Fernando, Farrest and Javon before then. Horrible customer service at this location. I rent from Enterprise every week for my job and this location is the only one that I get treated like they could care less if I rent from them or not. Maybe it's because they don't have enough rentals but I'm all about customer service and the guy who wrote my contract actually knew I wasn't happy about the vehicle he put me in. It was dirty it was NOT full of fuel and after leaving facility it was making all kinds of chassis noises from rear of vehicle. I even called a day ahead of my reservation pick up day and asked for a certain vehicle and when I got there this guy told me because I was a Corp rental contract they are not made priority like the other customers that vehicle were being held for that I asked about. This is a review for Enterprise car rental located at 22578 Interstate 30 in North Bryant Arkansas located at a Service King Body Shop. First off the address is terribly hard to find as it is located on a frontage road where the GPS has difficulty locating. Second there is NO ADDRESS VISIBLE AT SERVICE KINGS LOCATION! Third, Expect a dirty car as it is location near a very active construction company. Fourth, they don't keep economy cars, so expect a free upgrade which is not always a good thing. The only good thing was the Manager Trainee Rina Lawson did her very best to make sure everything was right, a cleaner car and that the check engine light was taken off after an oil change that no one reset. I've rented from this location several times and have always had a very good experience. They are usually pretty busy but never have been rude to me. Very pleasant to work with and the cars I have rented have always been very nice. Called the local office for a simple price check . Was put on hold for around 5 mins . Rerouted my call to the ' reservation' department off site . Could not understand the person on the phone . I reserved a car here to only arrive on the day I needed to be told there was no vehicle for me and that if I wanted to wait around I might get one and hour or two from then if I wanted to wait around. I asked if I could just go a little further up the road to the next Enterprise rental car and get one there ?" They're in the same situation" I was told . Well no I don't want to wait or I would not have made a RESERVATION 3 days prior!! I needed the car to take two seniors to ATU for an appointment. Now I have taken two seniors out of school ,which will not be excused now THANK YOU so much Enterprise!!! Had to reschedule the appointment for 2 months from now , we had been looking forward to this trip for two months and one of the seniors is not mine and of course we had to get permission from the parents for me to take them out of town and out of school!!! Very bad experience. Reserved a compact SUV, got call asking me to confirm the reservation thirty minutes before I was to pick up vehicle only to tell me the vehicle wasn't available. Three hours later, called again to check progress. Agent put me on hold for 15 minutes before finally hung up. Called back, told the vehicle had just arrived. Asked for someone to come pick me up at a location five miles away.45 minutes later, agent finally shows up. Vehicle is dirty, smells like an ash tray and NOT the type of vehicle I had reserved. The next day I receive call asking how things are going with vehicle. I relate problems and receive assurances that "we'll take care of this". Returned vehicle and assured that "next time will be better" and then no offer of ride back to auto shop. There will be no next time. The staff in this location are very nice, but incompetent. Not the first time I've had issues, although previously it wasn't this bad. Will not continue to do business with a company that fails to execute customer service as badly as this one. Being polite is nice, but it is not a replacement for competence, especially when used without any sincerity behind it. read more
