Made reservations back in January for a mini-van to take on vacation to New Orleans for Spring Break. We get there today to pick up the mini-van and all they have available is a Mitsubishi Mirage. Literally smaller than the vehicle we currently own. We're leaving tomorrow for our trip. Another lady there had made reservations back in December for a mini-van/SUV to take herself and four college students on a mission trip, same offer. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Made reservation to rent a mid size SUV for travel and was supposed to come pick up @ 2. We were running late so my husband called them to let them know only to find out our car wasn't there/ready anyways (1;45pm). Rep said they wanted to call but couldn't find our number which ended up being a dang lie ... my husband gave his number again and they say they will call back when it's ready... we wait 'til 3:30, no call, so my husband calls back and a diff rep answers, still no car... we wait another hour and call back, still NO CAR ... we waited 'til 6 wondering if they were ever going to call us back to let us know anything... Terrible customer service. My rental I have paid $2200 for the last 3 weeks had a flat tire. No spare no donut. Enterprise towed it yesterday at 5PM. Promised me a car at 7:30 the next morning. No car. 9:30 am they would have one. (They didn't). Whole entire time they can't locate where the car they had towed is at. I've already paid $202 extra just for yesterday and today and I haven't had the vehicle. I've been on hold for 29 minutes without them even saying a word or to please hold. This is an insane terrible experience. After I've spent $2200 in 3 weeks on this rental car. They can't even find where they sent it or put me in another or give me a phone call. Again I said it would not rate them and I continue not to rate them on Saturday I received my bank statement cuz I was curious of what kind of money they were taking out of my account I was told that I was getting a discount ha laugh at that so I was told that I was getting a weekly rate of $253 or $56 I'm not real sure but bank statement said otherwise it's $287 they were taken out of my account it's far fetched from 253 or $56 oh also they take a $300 deposit or $500 or a major credit card well I thought $300 was being taken out for my deposit every time it was a rewrite that's a joke too it's $350 every time no one ever mentioned that one this Enterprise location on oak Street and the manager Mr CJ Phillips he's a joke too and his regional manager still hasn't given me an email his name is Trevor matheson one thing that I find funny about this well it's not funny it's down right pitiful is it big corporations and I don't know if they've got a class that they're training these people to act like this and treat people like this or treat your average consumer that works their asses off try to just make it through the day or make it through the week paycheck to paycheck and then you've got a corporation that wants to this Rob for me basically cuz that's the way it feels to me I don't know about anybody else but I kind of like to keep you know a few dollars in my pocket in case I need a piece of bubble gum I'm going to bring up a couple of points I don't know if anybody else has done it but pulled up Enterprise corporation and the lawsuits that these people are going through is kind of you know a double-edged sword cuz they're getting back with their putting out once one case 11 million dollars couple of cases and this is this case that I'm speaking of is the employees suing them which was a very high high number because I didn't want to pay him there overtime and I noticed the other day too that the last one or the last employee they had at this location one of the good ones was gone too they slowly ran them out I'm going to State it again I will write one every day until I see the Mr CJ Phillips and their regional manager Trevor matheson have been terminated unprofessional rude and downright despicable so to anyone that has to go to this location and rent a car I feel for you watch every transaction watch your bank statements watch what they say to you write it down get their names take pictures if you got to because they're definitely going to try to stab you in the back over damn rental car just falls back to Big corporation running over your average consumer that's what this world's come to Rich get richer poor get poor read more

Let me tell you what happened to me today. I reserved a car last night. I dropped my car off at the ford place in Conway and walked to enterprise. It's hot. I'm sweaty. I get there and wait because there is only one person at the counter with a room full of customers. When they finally get to me and take my drivers license, she then tells me sorry they have no car for me. They say they tried to contact me (they didn't ). Next person please. We had called made a reservation which was confirmed through 2 separate individuals working for enterprise 2 separate days that confirmed the reservation and price what we needed to have when picking up the reserved vehicle. My latest experience they picked up set the phone on the desk and continued to talk laugh carry on even commenting on me saying hello. Insurance adjuster had confirmed reservation for specific day. Received a call day before scheduled pick up and was told they had been trying to reach me (they had not) and left a voice mail (they had not.) They said they did not have a car available the day I needed. I had a friend call a few minutes later and they confirmed they had, "several cars available. We have cars, pickups, and SUV's," for day they just told me they had nothing. The rental rep lied. Enterprise canceled a standing reservation one day in advance. Unbelievably horrible service. We reserved an SUV for our vacation several weeks ago. When we came to pick up the car, they told us they didn't have any SUVs. They offered to "upgrade" us to a pick up truck that we politely declined since I am height challenged. They only had two other cars in their fleet - a Dodge Caravan and a Dodge Charger. I was here at there Conway, AR location which there Inventory was not much to choose from, I picked a Nissan Maxim on my reservation, and when I got there they did not even have that car which a Lincoln was there, instead of letting me pick this vehicle, Mr. Nick M told me No because It was going though my insurance and I needed a credit card, which states in there policy I can use my debit card among other method of payment, he then called me "Buddy" and said if he let me use my debit card he will lose his job.... Did you know you can save hundreds of dollars by NOT renting cars at the airport but finding a rental further into town? Read that on the internet. That's what I did when I flew into Little Rock. I had my son drive me to Conway where they lived and rented a car through Enterprise. Last year I got a Prius at the airport but paid over $200 more. I got an Aveo this time but saved $200 by renting within town. The drawback was..the Aveo..2009, mind you, had no CD player, only a radio. That sucked since I had burned eight CDs to play! It had no power windows either..just the good old roll 'em up with yer muscles' kind. And about the second day visiting my family in Alabama, the car wouldn't start. Dead as roadkill. My brother-in-law, who is very good with cars, looked it over and told me the battery cables were loose. When he tightened them, it ran good. I had no other problem with the car except finding a radio station with progressive music. When I returned it yesterday, I made mention that the car didn't have a CD player to the agent checking me in. His reply? "Oh really"? That was it. No explanation or any other comment. Guess it's my fault for not looking the car over to begin with. Ask questions!! Not a bad car rental experience but I will be wiser next time I rent a car. read more

Yes I love the company but this location is the worst. I've never experienced such rude behavior from any enterprise representative before. This started off horrible when the representative called to confirm the reservation and then informed me that I was on the lowest of the totem poll and for my full-size vehicle I would have to take a mini van. That was not the issue with taking a mini van but how she spoke to me was. Then once I arrived to pick up the vehicle the attendant was rude and upset that I was late for pick up and told me I would have to wait 30 minutes outside. She would not give me any straight forward answers and was very smug about the situation she made me wish I had never made a reservation in the first place from her nasty demeanor. The bald white manager that works there is extremely rude and condescending. I don't like how he treated and talked to me. When returning the car I was treated nice by the other employees. My friend decided to rent a vehicle for a trip out of state since our company has a contract with enterprise. He had a confirmed reservation and when he got to the Enterprise office, he ended up having to wait almost an hour before he was able to leave. When he got in the car, it wasn't very clean and the gas tank was low on gas. He had to go fill up, and wash the windows his self so his view was not obstructed. The car did not have cruise control when he specifically asked for one that did. While on the trip it started raining and the windshield wipers needed replaced and just smeared the rain. He returned the car early on a Sunday leaving it with much more gas than it had when he picked it up, and as he was getting his paperwork out of the glove box behold it turns out he had been driving around with a illegal substance in the glove compartment. He was very upset, dumped it out on the ground as he didn't want it coming back on him, and left. Then two days later on a Tuesday, he got a call from Enterprise stating he owed over $100.00. It took some time on the phone to get them to realize they were in error. Overall his experience was not a good one at this branch of Enterprise. He will not be returning to the business and wanted to post this review of his honest experience for people thinking about renting from them. The positive sides include that the car was a new model, and the staff were friendly while he was renting the vehicle. read more

I have rented from many enterprise before and been happy but this location is terrible. They advertise they pick you up but not here. Never any help there, they don't answer their phone ever. Also when you ask for a smaller car they never have it. They don't even price the vehicle per contracts they have with insurance companies. Not sure why this location doesn't have five stars from other reviewer's but what I have to say is these guys that work there are terrific. They are courteous, friendly, look at you in the eye when they speak to you, they call the next day to see if everything is going OK, they answer any questions you may have. I've been there twice in the last two months. Every customer they interacted with was first-class service. Everybody was smiling and happy to be there. That goes for the workers and the customers. I came in here from an auto accident and they were extremely particular about every piece of information needed. The front desk attendant(Eric) was very impersonal and after having some issues with not taking my identification he checked with his supervisor to whether it was an acceptable form of identification. After being declined I asked him if another form of identification would be acceptable and he informed me with his supervisor 10 feet away that she would say the same thing after politely being asked to check with her. I had to press him nicely to ask her. The supervisor was congenial enough to explain to me the situation after she made the initial effort. Hours later I came back with the required information and the supervisor looked to be out for the day. I had troubles finding my credit card and tried to use a relatives(that had been in there hours before). The same front desk attendant looked at my credit card and started smirking and explained to me that he wouldn't take anything with my name. I returned with a credit card with my name on it and slid it on the counter. The front attendant smirked to his coworker next to him. Minutes later after filing out the paperwork as I was in the mood to just do the inspection and drive off he confronted me in a very close manner asking me if "He had upset or insulted me?" At this point I felt like he was baiting me and told him to do the inspection, give me his name and the corporate number, and hand me the keys. He promptly brought the subject up several more times without a supervisor present and I directed him to finishing the walk around. Upon inspection, at first he failed to note key scratches with writing on the fuel door until my mother came(the same person who'd came in with me prior) and did an inspection herself and mentioned it to him. Promptly after he passed it. I was then given the keys and he explained to me he was hired for "Customer Satisfaction". Explain to me what a young kid not looking a day over 20 understands about customer service. I'm a much older person that did not appreciate the work ethic of someone who had been working there "3 months". What a joke. I have been here several times before and had good experiences. But this time was a joke.. It must be nice to give impersonal service and read a script all day long. I will speak to the supervisor in charge of this shortly and send a letter to the corporate office. read more

Horrible experience!!! I made a reservation 3 weeks prior to the rental of a minivan. This reservation was for my family to travel out of state to my daughter's wedding. We were ready to go, or so we thought!! On the pick up date, we drove to Conway AR to pick up our reserved minivan. When we arrived, we were informed that there was no minivan available. We were offered a 15-passenger van "for the same price". If I had wanted a 15-passenger van, then I would have reserved one. I did not want an uncomfortable, gas guzzling van. We were told to leave and check back later so that they could check with other renters to see if they could turn their minivan rental in early. Several hours later we still had not heard anything so we called the Conway location. We were told that they still had not located a minivan for us but they still had the 15-passenger van that they could give us at the same price. Disappointed with the Conway location,we called the 800 # for Enterprise. After explaining the situation and getting transferred to several people, we were told that there were no minivans available in Arkansas and they would have the regional manager call us. Needless to say, we never heard from any regional manager or anybody else. About 4 pm, the Conway Enterprise called to inform us that "they would not be able to fulfill our reservation for a minivan". No explanation, no "I'm sorry", no solutions, no resolutions, nothing!! That was the last time we heard from Enterprise. No regional manager ever called. I would not recommend this Enterprise location!! read more
