You sign a waiver and you have to weigh between 70 to 250 pounds for the zip line. Our two tour guides Jaeda and Spencer were amazing. As someone who's never zip lined before, they were comforting and patient. I think this zip line tour was good for beginners and kids. I think there were 10(?) zip lines that were approx 300 feet each. I'd prefer a longer one next time!

I'm downgrading it greatly for the unbelievable amount of beer cans that I saw that seemed to literally litter every square foot of the trails. At one point I got off the ATV and counted every beer can I could see while I slowly turned around. I lost track at 57 beer cans. It was really heart-breaking. Why couldn't you have a couple of giant trash cans around the property and encourage people to pick up the beer cans and toss them here?

I had been looking forward to Bigfoot Crossing after seeing it on social media but was sadly disappointed. The service was great, but the variety of food on the buffet was limited and included 4 dried up chicken thighs, what looked like just a serving spoon of day old Mac and Cheese and there was only a little lettuce for a salad and it was swimming in water. Needless to say, I had mashed potatoes and gravy and some roasted red potatoes for dinner. My husband throughly enjoyed his crab boil though so the 45 minute trip was worth it I guess. I'm hoping it was an off evening and I'll have to try it again someday.

We opted for a couples massage and arrived early because that's the bonus tip from me: ALWAYS GET TO THE SPA EARLY. We had plenty of time to get changed and relax in the stunning coed lounge over looking the Coosa and the adjacent casino. It was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep. The entire spa is up to date with everything immaculate. The massage was great! I always opt for deep tissue and enjoyed the added foot and scalp massage the package offered. After the massage I leisurely prepared for dinner and the spa had everything I needed to get dolled up including: toothbrushes, hair dryer, deodorant, all the shower needs, and the most relaxing setting to get ready in. Something I did find odd is that the women's side offered a large hot tub overlooking the river but the men's side did not and no coed option. It was disappointing that we were not able to enjoy the view together! That is definitely not worth losing a star over and we will definitely be back!
