I got fair service from this location. I can't say that they did not try to add money to the deal, but I was ready for that since I closed all the details over the phone. I have been dealing with car rentals for few years now, so I know what to expect when I am renting a car. Whenever I call I make sure how much the total will be, because they always tend to get more out of me. The manager and the customer service in this location is so helpful. They quickly found the order, few cars were ready for me to choose from, and the whole thing took less than 15 minutes. I got a clean and good midsize car, and I also rented an eazypass rechargeable. What I did not like is their charge for dropping the car at the airport. I think that a car rental place should be more flexible with the dropping options or prices. It would cost me half to drop the car at this location and to take a cab to JFK, instead of paying them what they demanded. Good service, friendly staff. read more

Employees don't inform you of what you need to bring when coming to pick up your car meaning I didn't have the ability to rent the car when I was in dire need. The staff there didn't seem to care that I was essentially stranded without a way to get home. When I called later to discuss, the person on the other end of the phone was apathetic and condescending In conclusion, rent from any location except this one or if you do, call ahead and make sure that you have everything you need. Coming from a night shift I booked a reservation the morning of got to the location before 12 to meet someone at the counter who then told me all they had was pick up trucks, which I did not need. Then when I asked, could he show me which vehicles were available, he's tells me as if i know all of the vehicles on their lot. On my way out to check, he then asked me if I had a credit card, which I answered yes . I'm not sure if it's because I'm wearing a mask he couldn't hear me or just was distracted because every employee in this establishment seemed to be goofing off it was the end of their work day . I repeat myself again to then be addressed by someone I wasn't having a conversation with about an attitude and being called bro like we were old college buddies. Very IMMATURE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and INCONSIDERATE. Terrible customer service: One employee seemed to have some personal issues going on. He didn't even look me in my eyes while he expressed his own inner issues like he was having a flashback of some past trauma in his life. I rented a full size car twice (Sept and Dec) to drive from Brooklyn to Jacksonville, Fl. I was treated professionally and courteously in the Flatbush office. I got extra insurance because that's what I always do. The paperwork wasn't difficult at all and the price was reasonable. I needed cars with large trunks because I was transporting a number of medium to large size boxes. That's what I got. The second sedan was very roomy. Everything worked in both cars for the entire trips. During my December trip, in South Carolina, I encountered a rain storm like a monsoon. Cars were off the road all over the place. The Enterprise car did very well, very good wipers. I brought back the cars with no hassle. Check out was super easy. read more

Total liars who make up their own rules at this location. He tried to tell me even though I had a confirmed reservation, that since it wasn't done 48 hours in advance, that they don't have to have a car available for me. They just make them up as they go along. They also told me that I am only allowed 100 miles per day when the confirmation stated unlimited miles. I have rented cars from enterprises all over the country dozens of times and this was the worst experience. Avoid this location!!! read more

Best rental experiences at this location. Two times I had an accident and had to use my insurance to rent the through Enterprise each time the manager Jared was a very helpful. The staff at this location works well together to get you in a vehicle quickly, they even will take you to another location to get you in the vehicle you want. After negative experiences with other rental companies and even either enterprise locations I am only going to use this location when I need a rental. If this location is unavailable I recommend the State Street location they were really helpful on a Sunday when most other locations are closed. read more

If by chance there is a problem (their lot is small and inventory may be as well) they will upgrade you or give you a discount. They are always available and friendly by phone and in person.
