But at beginning of travel, the air-condition system did not work correctly like airflow and temperature was not being adjusted as selected position only worked at high flow level. Also some high noisy continuously had occurred on high speed on freeway and tire pressure warning indication had been always displayed. Also some insect and dog fur found in car seat and my kids had skin irritation appealing itching during traveling because the car was not cleaned before rental for customer. During on the way to New York on 25JUL, the air-condition system finally stopped to operate and no airflow supplied anymore in Syracuse city approximately 6 hours far away from New York. So we could not drive the rent car anymore because it was very hot weather condition and 5 people (including 3kids) were on board. We tried to contact Auto Rental and requested to change the malfunctioned car with other one. But they said they can't because their company is not nationwide one and requested to bring the car to New York if we wanted to change. But we explained that we can't drive the malfunctioned car for hot weather condition and long distance with unsafe and unserviceable condition. So they recommended to bring the car to auto repair shop nearby to fix problems. We had brought the car to auto repair shop nearby they recommended but the first auto repair shop denied to check the car condition because they were very busy. So we brought to second auto repair shop they let us know by text message. And then the mechanic had checked the problem car and tried to fix problem for 2 hours. But he can't the problem and also found the other problem on both front tire which seriously worn out. He was surprised and commented how JFK Auto Rental CO can supply the unsafe car to customer. He made document to prove the car can't be used on high speed on freeway and malfunctions. We had contacted the rental company and requested to prepare the other car for my family because we already wasted our family travel time so the manager (named Ben) recommended rent the other car from the other auto rental company and parked the malfunctioned car to parking lot. He promised if we did like his recommendation he will reimbursed all of expenses for previously rental fee prepaid and new car rent. So I requested to send the written promise by E-mail. And we received it. So we had tried to rent the other car from auto rental nearby in Syracuse. But we can't for all of rent cars were being sold out in Syracuse downtown area. So we went to Syracuse Airport and looked for car in airport but most of rent cars like minivan were also sold out, only SUV (TAHO) left there to be fitted our family (5 people and 3 luggage). We rented the car from Enterprise Auto Rental after parking the problem car on the parking lot in Syracuse Airport Terminal and then arrived to New Jersey at late night. Next morning we dropped by JFK Auto Rental Company to reimburse and returned the malfunctioned car key. But they denied reimbursing all of expenses as the manager promised on E-mail, only they can refund the prepaid rental fee. We dropped by office again before leaving New York to request reimburse again, but nobody stayed in office and received call for customer's treatment. So we returned to California without any compensation for this problem. I would like to request reimbursement as promised on e-mail for Pre-paid rent fee and new rent car and compensation for inconvenience and ruined vacation.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst car-wash experiences I have ever had. I selected their BEST WASH advertised at $39.00. After paying, I was charged $44.64 -- an additional $2.00 SUV fee plus $3.64 in taxes. My biggest issue with the SUV charge is that there was no visible sign, posted notice, or prior notification informing me that SUVs would cost an additional $2.00. Customers should be told about additional charges BEFORE paying. Unfortunately, the price was the least of my concerns. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was still filthy! Leaves were still stuck on the back windshield, and the inside of the vehicle had clearly not been properly cleaned. The interior windows, cup holders, seats, dashboard, and other areas were not wiped down. To make matters worse, the workers blew debris from the armrest onto the floor and underneath the front seats, but never properly vacuumed it up. When I asked the worker up front to use the blower and vacuum and properly clean my vehicle, he told me that the vacuum and blower did not work. I found that extremely frustrating because instead of trying to resolve the problem, he essentially refused to properly finish the service. I had to go back inside and complain to the young lady at the cash register before the worker finally went back to the vehicle. Even after he supposedly cleaned it, my car was STILL DIRTY. For $44.64, I expect my vehicle to be properly washed and cleaned. That is not a small amount of money to pay for a service that was poorly performed. I strongly advise customers to inspect their vehicles BEFORE leaving this car wash. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend Azad's Car Wash. I paid for their best wash and did not receive anything close to the level of service I paid for. $44.64 wasted for a job that was not properly done. The shop caused damage to my fender, broke bumper panels, bent my coolant tank and left the car in unacceptable condition. Subsequently, I had to take the vehicle to another reputable shop to have the repairs done correctly. Attached are photos from the subsequent shop that demonstrate the subpar work performed by First Class Leasing and Collission. When I approached the owner, Daniel, and requested that he cover the cost of the damages to the fender which his shop made holes in, his response was unprofessional and dismissive, stating "if you know body work so well, next time maybe repair it yourself." It is important to exercise caution and find a better shop for any vehicle repairs. Avoid this business at all costs

Although, I did fail the road test; that was not due to Michael not teaching me what I had to know. The lady was rude, overwhelming, & honestly wrote down a bunch of things I did NOT do wrong in my receipt paper, but told me she couldn't pass me cause I made a U turn instead of going left onto the next street. So, beware. Anyways, Michael is a great guy. He likes to go slow, talk on the phone, stop at places. Never has that taken any time away from my learning. He's always delivered my time back to me. If you're not experienced at all, maybe another place would be more on hands. Other than that, he's a great conversationalist. He makes sure your comfortable & the car is basic. Nothing too crazy.
