Nestled between two colleges in the historic downtown area, The Studio Downtown is a place to be PRODUCTIVE if you need to get to work. Tons of office and desk space, and if you're interested in holding client meetings, you can rent a conference room or also rent a monthly private desk. All of your stuff is secure because there are security cameras. For $25 all day pass, I can work in most of the spaces with all day coffee and tea as I like it! There is room to spread out and listen to the ambient bluegrass and country music. Two large rooms offer two different pace work styles: music and podded up desks or quieter and solo working. When we took our shoes off our white socks were covered in black dog hair and so much dirt that it was caked on our socks. I went to the office to report it and was told they didn't have housekeeping. I asked if I could get a mop to mop it myself and was told no. We weren't even offered a different room. We were there for 3 days for a family member who in the and didn't have time to worry about changing hotels and shouldn't have had to. So I took all the towels and wet them in the shower and pushed them around the room with my feet to get as much of the filth up as I could. I told the front desk I had to do it and showed her the towels as proof of the filth on the floor. Her response was "we have good bleach for the towels. Before we left I finally talked with some man who claimed to be the manager or owner or something like that. He called me a liar and said we dirty the towels ourselves and that his floors are steam cleaned. I told him I would no allow his BS of blaming us and had proof of the filth and nasty towels. I have never been so pissed. This nasty place needs shut down and this manager and the dam employees that refused to clean this nasty room should be fired. I have the pictures to prove this !

The hotel is clean and the rooms as well as the rest of the hotel is well appointed and maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You have relatively quick access to the freeway and the downtown area from the hotel. Water pressure in the shower was good. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The thermostat was easy to use and the blinds did a great job of keeping the sun out. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

The hotel is very easy to access I 40, right behind Wal Mart and very accessible to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We bring an enclosed trailer with us and there is plenty of parking for the trailer. The breakfast is the normal free hotel breakfast, but the staff are always nice, the food service areas are always clean and there is plenty of seating.

Furniture, beds, etc. I was here for 2 days and couldn't get comfortable on these hard beds. This actually created an issue for me during the day as I couldn't get any real sleep. I felt like I was laying on a concrete slab. The only way I could tolerate it was to pile up all the pillows and lay on that. See pic. Now if you enjoy rock hard beds this is definitely your spot! Now let's be completely honest here. We stay at hotels for the room, mostly the bed. So please upgrade these mattresses!

Conway Expo Convention - Conway…read more It's a fairly large space, offering multiple meeting rooms. Good size parking spaces on both sides of the building. Came down here for an event and the place looked clean with modern light fixtures. The friendly people who put on this event did such a great job and were very helpful to all the guests in attendance. As you enter the lobby, my personal favorite is the wall painted, floor to ceiling bookcase.
