I had to drop a rental car off here from another state. Like a lot of businesses they were very busy and not enough people. Management was very friendly even under pressure of being busy. The employees that were there were diligently working. Just when 15 people show up at one time it's a bit much for this small place. Waiting time was longer then expected but it was not any fault of their own. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. I arrived to get my rental car with having an appointment. I was told my car was not ready and i would have to wait for 3 cars ahead of me to get cleaned.... finally do a walk around on a grey Toyota Rav 4. dents and scratches all over it.. but whatever its a rental car. Go to sign the rental agreement... lady states if i have been provided the rental agreement to read before i sign i state no.. she states "well if anyone asks i went over it with you"...... then she asks me if I am paying out of pocket.. i say no its through my car insurance.. she then states " this is way over your daily allowance" I state " I am not paying anything out of pocket and would like another car" I then turn around stating "I will take any other car in the lot it doesnt need to be an suv.. like one of those camrys." she then states one of them are on hold. we go inside.. she grabs another set of keys and walks to a navy toyota camry. We start walking around it to look for damage-- dent on back by trunk.. she starts taking pictures.. i keep walking around the vehicle .. i then notice a huge gash in the rim near the tire and state that i am not sure if the vehicle is safe to drive ... i continue walking around the vehicle... and notice that the tags expired on 9/23---- i was there on 2/26/2024.... I then tell the lady that i am not driving this car with expired tags.. if i drive off of the lot and get pulled over its my ticket..... she rolls her eyes and stomps away inside..... I then follow her as she whispers things to the other associate stating that i wont drive that car.. i then say out loud ( the place is packed) -- " no i will not be driving a car that i am unsure if its safe for me to drive and also has expired tags".... The other associate then states " we found another car but it will also need to be cleaned." I say okay. In the mean time, i stand in the lobby against the wall listening to all other conversations in the room occurring while i was there.--- 1. you just rented me this car, i cant drive it. .. it pulls so hard to the right i cant keep it in my lane 2. I came to pick up the tahoe... we dont have a tahoe... I called this morning and you all told me you had one and it would be ready when i arrived.... -- worker states- well we dont have one..... 3. this lady came for this car-- she cant have it thought because it was returned with a busted back rear window. Finally- the male associate states my car is ready and i just need to walk around it to note any damages.. none where noted except the missing VW logo on the front of the car. He tells me that it will be just a minute has he is working on the math to get this car within my daily allowance.. I then ask if you can do that for this car why could you all do this for the first one.. he stated one was way over my daily allowance and one was slightly over..... okay.. during this time another man later known as COLTON shows up. The male associate asks him for the formula to use and he places it in. the male associate goes over my rental agreement with me, I sign the tablet and leave. Tuesday- 2/27/2024 I receive a voicemail from this location stating that I am needing to return the car as its in their car sales division... ( picture shown below). I call back and speak with COLTON. I explain that i could not bring the car back Tuesday due to work hours.. i would try for Wednesday. He states that its not a problem but would need to be back this week so they could give me a new car and that they have one for me. I even ask if i can take it to another location closer to my work to exchange out, he states no. Thursday- I arrive about 830ish or so in the morning to swap out the car. female associate opens the door i nod and walk through. She then goes to COLTONS office and states " Miss Chadwick is here". COLTON walks out saying " miss chadwick thanks for bring the car back.. blah blah blah.... we need to walk around the car to inspect for any damages, would you like to go with me?" I say sure and follow him out. we walk out and i state the VW logo was already missing he states he already knew that... we walk around he looks on the roof for hail damage. i say " well it hasn't hailed here recently.". and kind of chuckle. He then states " we will no longer be doing business with you and i will not be providing you with another vehicle" I say what are you talking about.. he states that i cussed out his employee.. i said no i did not... he states " you think i would believe you over them" I said yea because i did not cuss her out.. I then ask okay if you are saying i did such thing, what did i say.. (( NOTHING)) he couldn't provide me with anything that i said........ BECAUSE IT DIDNT HAPPEN..... Then i state-- COLTON-- you werent even here when i was here--- just at the very end when you entered in a formula.. you think if i was that outraged then you and your staff would not let me leave in a vehicle. read more

I feel as though they have a manning issue at this branch. Made a reservation and the employee didn't even remember to put it down in the system. I also needed a ride to the branch provided by enterprise, which was already discussed on the phone, and no one showed up. What makes it worse is the fact that the employees let the phone ring off the hook and avoid taking calls because there is one person at the desk handling a million different things. I would rate less than one star if possible. Literally a car rental place that did not have a car. We reserved a car at our closet location (30 minutes from where we live), a week ahead of time. We came to pick up our rental and we're told they did not have a car for us and they would call us when they had one. We went ahead and took our personal vehicle on our trip and didn't hear from anyone from enterprise until 12:00 pm. This caused us to be completely off schedule for an event we were going to. What a nice group of young adults runs this location in Copperas Cove! My husband and I were picked up from our hotel immediately when we called for a ride, pleasantly greeted, helped right away, and given the best rate possible. The only reason I wouldn't give a 5 star rating is that they automatically charged me for roadside assistance, which I would not have asked for since I have AAA already. We were so busy chatting with them, I didn't read the fine print. I asked the woman what I was initialling for; she said one was to accept (damage waiver), and all the others were to decline, so I signed. I work on a project that has been renting vehicles from this location for the past 4 years. We rent vehicles for 6 month periods of time and have likely spent over $50,000 at this location alone. This year while trying to rent vehicles we were told that they were completely out of vehicles due to spring break and SXSW. We needed a car and a large pickup and were told that we would need to wait for a car, but we could get a pickup the next day. I called and made a reservation and was told they were going to drive and pick one up from a different location and would call when they were back. I hadn't heard from them and decided to stop by because I was nearby. I walked in and the manager told me that they had to give our vehicle away because they, "were busy". We are now delayed in starting our work because she decided that it was more important to clear a line of people in the store than honor a reservation. I am not looking for special treatment, but I think we have spent enough money at their store to have our reservations honored. I will never rent another vehicle from this facility and so they are missing out on a car and truck rental for the next 6 months. They should have done that math. read more
