i gave them a 0- due to the fact that i bought a kia soul last week on tuesday from david garmany…read moreand by thursday the oil light and engine light came on and it was knocking. took it back on friday and wanted my money back and david garmany told my grandson that the car had not been serviced or checked out in anyway and that he just needed to change the oil. i went back on monday and david told me that i could take the car to his mechanic and have it fixed at his expense. the next day i was told by the owner who's name is nowhere to be found that he was not going to do anything or pay for anything. he said the car had been serviced and was in good shape. he more or less said to bad to sad for your luck. he said get an attorney, ive been sued before. now i have contacted a lawyer, attorney generals, better business bureau, and my state rep. i was assured that there is something i can do about this issue. can't scam people like this and get by with it. he is a crook, liar, cheat and major scammer and will not be in business long. for the people that have not bought any of his junk be ware of him and david garmany, they are not honest men nor is this an honest business. i am single, disabled and did not know the difference until it was to late. if you want a car with a motor you will have to bring your own. weber motors informed me that the motor is ready to blow up at any minute. not safe for me to be on the road with it. they were appalled that any dealership would do this to anyone. i will let you all know how the lawsuit turns out. i intend to get my money back and return the owners so called car to him and let him drive it. i would tell you his name but he keeps that to himself. vivian w. Steve, the owner/master mechanic, over the phone asked me some questions as to why it wouldn't start. He asked me some questions about my car, gave a detailed, understandable explanation of variations why...from best case scenario to worst case scenario. He even went out if his way to stay a little longer at the shop to insure my car got there safely and parked where he could get it inside to warm up to begin work the next day. He was able to get my car up and running without having to face the worse case scenario in one day. Steve is probably one of the most tenured mechanics in the area that tells you like it is, explaining the mechanical details along the way. I would highly recommend him for his vast knowledge, following up keeping me in the loop on the car status and his swiftness in diagnosing and fixing my car.
