I installed new custom wheel alignment links (toe and camber) and had specific settings that they needed to be set to. They performed the alignment and I sent the results to the link manufacturer and they were not quite right. I went to Sparkle Express 2 Car Wash at 1120 Mathis Rd, Greenwood, SC, for a one-time $15 car wash, and instead, they fraudulently signed me up for an unauthorized subscription without my consent. Over the last two months, they have stolen $79.90 from my account in two separate $39.95 charges, labeled as an "Automatic Recharge." I NEVER signed up for any membership or recurring payments. When I realized what they had done, I contacted them dozens of times via phone and email, but they completely ignored me. No call back, no refund, nothing. This company is running a scam, enrolling people in a fake "membership" without their permission, then refusing to cancel or respond. After doing some research, I found that I am not alone. Other customers have reported the exact same issue, getting unknowingly signed up for a fake membership, being overcharged, and then ignored when they try to cancel. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.
