** SCAMMERS & THIEVES - FRAUDULENT BUSINESS ** If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went to Sparkle Express 2 Car Wash at 1120 Mathis Rd, Greenwood, SC, for a one-time $15 car wash, and instead, they fraudulently signed me up for an unauthorized subscription without my consent. Over the last two months, they have stolen $79.90 from my account in two separate $39.95 charges, labeled as an "Automatic Recharge." I NEVER signed up for any membership or recurring payments. When I realized what they had done, I contacted them dozens of times via phone and email, but they completely ignored me. No call back, no refund, nothing. This company is running a scam, enrolling people in a fake "membership" without their permission, then refusing to cancel or respond. After doing some research, I found that I am not alone. Other customers have reported the exact same issue, getting unknowingly signed up for a fake membership, being overcharged, and then ignored when they try to cancel. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. They will steal your money, ignore your calls, and refuse to help. Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else for a car wash. This business is nothing but fraudulent thieves. *****BEWARE*****BEWARE************I went through SPARKLE CARWASH and their machine ripped the molding off the top of my vehicle. They didn't deny it the manager even admitted this happens all the time. He had a least 20 pieces off other vehicles to see if he could find mine. The manager called me the other day saying he would pay to have it replaced. Today I went to tell him I ordered the replacement part; he then said he wasn't going to pay. I've used this car was several times now and each time has been a great experience. They offer a monthly plan which is great so I can get as many washes as I want for $20/month. They have tons of spots to vacuum your car and the mat cleaners are great. read more
