Always willing to work with you to find the best rental deal. The Customers can be a bit much at times often trying to pay with 2-3 different cards which slows processing down. Or trying to scam stuff about the rental. The counter staff still remains 'business like' in these situations. It's a busy location. They work hard. Rain. Snow or 90 degree heat. Booked my rental through CAA and arrived on location within 30 minutes of the interview,…read moreunfortunately the reservation had not been sent to the from CAA yet and i was worried i would not receive my rental in time. However the owner came onto the location and was very accommodating, he made sure to match my price rate with CAA and create an identical reservation. The second issue was that there were no cars at the location, we were at, the owner personally drove me to another location, on Main st east in a very nice jeep. When we arrived they had found that they still needed to clean the freshly returned car before it could be rented to me. As a show of compassion he immediately upgraded me to the very same jeep he drove me in, at the matches rate originally quoted to me by CAA and apologized for the hassle. All in all, the owner, Steve, could have simply turned me away and referred me to another franchise, but instead he took it upon himself to create a path for me to rent this car, a random customer. Bought a 2015 Ford Focus from a dealership in stoney creek in March of 2020. Had 53,000kms on it…read more We thought this is perfect for me use for work. In November we noticed it wasn't driving as well (would like to point out we had done all regular scheduled maintenance). The RPMS would hover around 2-3 before dropping down, and would seem to struggle to get up. We took it to a ford dealership and had a diagnostic done on it, to find out it was the clutch. They wanted $2000 to replace it! Wanting a second opinion we brought it to another ford dealership and the amazing woman working at the front counter looked more into it for us. We gave her our vin and she discovered that in august of 2020 the clutch had actually been REPLACED by Ed Learn Ford. So a mere 14 months later the clutch that was replaced needed to be replaced again. Of course we contact Ed Learn Ford and they won't do anything for us. A "3 month warranty" no wonder Ford stands for Found On Road Dead. They can't even stand by the work they do and just want to continuously charge their customers for their crappy work. Used to love ford, will definitely never buy another, and won't recommend it to anyone. Already told multiple people about the lack of customer care. If I could give zero stars I would.
