I had to update this review and I am doing so because I truly believe Burlington Mazda has…read moregraduated to 5* as far as I am concerned. As far as service goes their service department has proven to me not once but twice that I can trust them. The first time I had taken my car in I had an engine light and they took care of the issue and it wasn't a major problem. It wasn't the usual gas cap off or anything like that. It was something that needed to be done. The second time was just last week when my car broke down close to work and I ended up needing a tow to their lot. Kevin who is one of the service advisors there called A Action towing to get me there and when we arrived Kevin was waiting outside and showed A Action where he wanted to put the car down. Kevin popped my hood and immediately recognized that my coolant hose gave and there was coolant all over. There was a distinctive smell of a burn and it turned out to be the thermostat. Kevin took his time and made sure everything was safe with my car including running tests to make sure the engine was ok considering the coolant issue had happened on the highway and I managed to drive the car off the highway before getting a tow. Steve the other advisor there gave me the keys to a loaner that Kevin had set up for me being as I'd have to leave my car overnight. The bottom line is my car was fixed and I was given a loaner to borrow and they made sure everything was ok. Before Kevin told me I needed a new thermostat and coolant hose he told me that there was a chance the engine could have been damaged and wanted me to know they'd have to fix the thermostat and the coolant system before being able to test the engine out because the temperature ran higher than normal but for a short time. I gave him the go ahead knowing that if I needed a new engine or other major engine work I'd probably end up junking the car. Luckily after they repaired what needed and tested the engine for over half an hour they determined the engine was fine. With all the diagnostics and parts to be ordered and work put into the car over a day and a half the cost wasn't in another atmosphere. The service department here are straight shooters and I feel they are really there to help me, not themselves.

He also didn't take us seriously because of our age although my husband and I are both professionals. I wish he didn't make commission off us but by the end of 5 hours we knew we didn't want to have to come back again. The reason why this review isn't 1 star is that we received exceptional service from the other employees at this dealership, and our car delivery went smoothly. Don't go to Bruce.
