We were visiting from USA and staying at our son's in Barton. We booked online for the Hessle branch. Enterprise advertises pick up within 10 miles. We were within 10 miles but to our surprise the Hessle branch would not pick us up. We called the Scunthorpe branch and we were told, they did not have any drivers until after 3pm, which I found hard to believe since I was calling at 8am. Scunthorpe would also not pick up in Barton (something about crossing the bridge and that only pick up locally). None of this made sense. We went into a bit of a panic because all our holiday plans were dependent on getting to our next destination and subsequent destinations. After ringing a few places, we reached Aaron at the Hull branch. I explained the situation, after a brief hold, Aaron came back on the line and advised that one of his colleagues would be on his way. Within the hour, Ricky Heatley (Manager Trainee) appeared! Ricky was professional, pleasant and well dressed. Upon arrival, Ricky went into action to get us on our way. It was a busy morning! While we waited, we observed the entire Hull team members in action. All were very customer centric and did what they needed to do, to get the customers on their way, even assisting with washing cars in suits. Hull Enterprise really took charge and provided superior customer service.
