I typically don't write reviews unless it's really bad or really good and looking at the previous reviews I can see why I'm here. The lady, I didn't get her name but she was there when I went in Wednesday 11/26, and she was extremely rude. Her customer service is a -10/10 and I would suggest that someone have a serious conversation with her. If you don't want to be at work call out. Simple. If her day was bad mine was worse. Someone hit me that previous weekend and I had been without a car for 5 days. Not to mention my insurance set me up w a rental on Monday, and told me I could go pick up the car that they didn't have ready. I say that to say this I took my business to the Toyota dealership where they were much more pleasant and seemed to want to deal with customers. She needs some serious training on customer service. read more

Apparently this company will let you make a reservation and then drive all the way to the place to make it by closing and them not even have a car for rent. Leaving you with no other options. So better make sure and call the exact on directly and not go threw there web services. read more

Doesn't look like much has changed at this place. There is a national shortage on rental cars right now and that is understandable. My insurance company was able to make a reservation online and give me a reservation number, minutes later I was called to tell me there were no cars available, the following day they tell me the same. I decided to go to the location anyway, I pull up there's 5 cars in the lot ready for rental, while the man tells me there are none. After a brief conversation with the store manager they tell me that all the cars were taken and the next car that comes in will be for me....Fast forward to today, I made arrangements with the insurance company and the rental company to be out of town until the 15th, two days into my vacation I started getting calls (when I actually had service) I spoke to the rental company and they told me that my rental was due to be returned, I told them that the insurance company had extended my rental until the 15th. Call the insurance company myself and they confirm that information, call the rental company back and give them contact information for the insurance adjuster (again) and confirm that it was indeed extended. Tonight while away from phone service I start getting threats by email about them contacting the authorities about my rental! On vacation and can't enjoy myself because they continue to harass me over something that I have no clue why, nor can I control while outside of the country!
