They will let you make reservations online and through call but when you arrive there, they won't have any cars available. it happened to me twice and both times our plans got cancelled because of it. when asked, they will say our reservation department and us is completely different and they would let you make a reservation even if they haven't any availability. please beware before booking a reservation with them. so disappointed. read more

I wish I could give them -1000 star review. My boyfriend and I were sucessfully stranded in Lake Chelan after our rental broke down. I will never recomend them to anyone. It was the worst customer service experience of my life. We were misinformed numerous times. Our car never came, no one contacted us to tell us our car wasnt arriving. We were stranded, and all we were told was it wasnt their fault. Absolutely the WORST EVER! Don't use them. I never will again. read more

Wonderful service at the rental desk only to sit and wait for someone to take us to the garage to select a car. WTF? Every other car rental company either assigns your car or you proceed to garage to select. This is the worst system ever. I live in California and back in June I decided to fly to Texas to pick up my sister and kids. From the airport,I rented a car from Enterprise. The interior was dirty,and I let the lady know ahead of time so it wouldn't be charged to me. From Texas,I would drive 22hours to Cali. 13 hours into my trip, the car's tire blew. The car went off into the side of the road. Thank GOD that me,my sister and her kids were OK. The only problem was,,the car came with no spare!!! Why would they supply me with a car and no dam spare.I never heard of renting a car that came with no spare in it. People pulled over to help,but with no spare, there was nothing I could do. I had no choice. I called Enterprise and told them what happened, they then explained to me that Hyundai cars,,most of them come with no spare and just a little pump like the one I had. But what good is a tiny pump when the tire completely blew? This happened at night time,it was too late and about 2-3 hours away from the closest Enterprise. So what do I do now? And how do I get to go 2-3 hours away to get a new car? This was a nightmare. Remember I'm driving 13 hours into my trip back to Cali,so I'm literally in the middle of nowhere. Two officers stood with me and my sister until we found a place to sleep for the night. All the rooms were taken!!! We had to wait hours. If the car had a spare,none of this extra inconvenience would have happened to me. The cops and the people who tried to help me are my witnesses. All I needed was a spare. Instead now,Enterprise is not only wanting me to pay for the damages,,but they expect me to pay for the towing and storage of the rental. Like,what?? After all I went through with my family, I don't deserve to pay for the towing or storage. If I had a spare,none of that would've happened. What about me and my time on this trip. I was delayed a whole day back,because it took all the next day to fix the situation and get a new car. I had to pay 100$ for the hotel room and I missed my day of work,because I was scheduled to return back by a certain time. This is nonsense and I'm getting a lawyer before calling my insurance to pay for anything. I don't understand how Enterprise is such a big company and yet in situations like mine, they are soo cheap to even care. I will never use Enterprise again. I'm sharing my experience with everyone and if you get a rental,, be sure to look in the trunk and see if you have a spare because Enterprise won't bother to check for you. read more

Please add minus stars Yelp because I would give Enterprise San Marcos a -5. I had a reservation for today at 3pm, reservation No. 1909681410. They were to pick me up, per their company tagline. At 4pm they called to tell me that they will not pick me up because I live outside of San Marcos. Their employee at their call center told me I had to live within 10 miles of their facility for them to pick me up (something I have never heard mentioned in their advertising). She checked the mileage and found I live 6.8 miles from their office in San Marcos so I was good. And the person who called me actually said I shouldn't have listened to that Enterprise customer service employee, I should have called San Marcos myself. Which I did from their ad and it went to their customer service queue!!! Wow! Would you believe they did the same thing to me a number of years ago in Spokane??? They left me stranded at the airport after confirming with me that they were on their way! Yes, I know, shame on me for trying them again!!! Won't happen again. Be very cautious about trusting this Company. They are not to be trusted. read more
