I had to drive around the airport for approx. 15 minutes trying to figure out how to return the rental car. She was rude, you could tell she could care less and literally just said "OK". I turned in the car keys, had my colleague get on her flight, then later went back downstairs to get a receipt and try to talk to the lady again, to no avail. Now I am being told that she "checked in the car" at the time I asked for the receipt, although the car was returned AND keys handed directly to her at the appropriate time. I called to inquire into the extra charges and she tells me it was returned at 12:50, which is not accurate, as the flight out was at 12:30. In addition, why am I being charged a full price for a car that had interior damage, a low tire that I had to stop and fill up in my business attire, on the way to a client meeting, causing me to be dirty and late. This is unacceptable, and I would not have had this experience with Hertz. Please advise, as I was told a manager was to contact me, which has not happened yet. I have pictures to prove the interior damage upon pick up as well as the drop off and low tire light.

The guy at the dealership took 5 hours to get the paperwork over but I had called the ladies ahead to check on it and they explained the situation. I had a problem later on that came up with my car and again the ladies were very nice and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Then, the employee gave us our car to rent, but it was a Kia (midsize). They tried to charge us the same amount for a midsize as they did for the full-size.
