This place is beyond worst -- don't ever go here and if you need a rental it's best to walk because depending on them will get you no where and a waste of time. I called these people spoke to the rep and told them the car I had was having trouble and could I swap it out the car that I got from another branch and if that would be a problem. The rep told not a problem and they could do it. Waste of time, when I got there everything changed and I got the run around. You need to go to the airport in an hour and maybe they will have a car. Oh we only have one car here which was an 4 wheeler Jeep Wrangler that is not suitable for long distance and not compatible to what I was driving. The so called manager was unhelpful didn't offer to at least have a mechanic check out the issue. Unwilling to get the car from the airport. Talking very low and unprofessional and just holding the key to my rental for no reason. Now I am finding out these locations have different owners. The moral of the story is the rep that answered the phone and the manger wasted my time. When I called, they could have just said, this is the car we have and we don't have any cars and we can't help you. Instead of playing on the phone like you are calling someone and not helping with a resolution. These folk are the worst in customer service. read more

This was an abysmal experience. First of all I made my reservation for 10 am only to find out the day of pick up they only open at 12. I called several times to reconfirm my pick up. The first time I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. When I did reach someone no one made me aware they closed at 3. I showed up to locked doors. They do NOT accept debit cards for one way if you are renting from their location at the airport. One location in Lake Charles is closed period. To my understanding they have different owners at each location so one location cannot get a car from another. IF the location that's not at the airport has a car available they take debit cards. read more

Im in here begging for deals and these folks keep cheating me. I have rented from this location several times in the past year. I make my reservation online and my car is always ready at my desired pickup time. The staff is friendly and professional. I have even had to get a ride home on several occassions and their driver is friendly and courteous. If you have all of their requiements with you, you won't have any problems. I will continue to use them when the need arises. read more

Worst customer service. I accidentally left a membership card from the American Medical Association in the drivers front door and immediately went back to get it. The guy behind the desk told me the car was getting the oil changed and he could check when it got back. He didn't check or bother calling me back like he said he would. I went back there 3 days later and the guy who was supposed to check acted like he didn't see me. read more

Completely unprofessional service. Show up at scheduled time and say I have to wait at least two hours with no promise of actually getting a car. What exactly does "confirmed" mean on a reservation? Said that I would have to wait until after the "lunch rush" and I was pretty sure we weren't in a restaurant so that's a poor excuse. I see why other people gave this hole a star or two!! This is the absolute worse customer service by anyone I've ever experienced, especially of all people the manager!! I had rented a car from them and kept having to remind them to give me my drivers license back, the lady said "let's go out and check your car" I said "can I have my drivers license first before we forget it?" She said "no I'm not done with it yet" long story short we went and looked at the car and when we came back in my license was gone....after several days of calling with no answer I finally had the Corpus location (my home) call them and get some answers, I finally spoke to the worthless manager who said she would find it herself and call me back!? 4 days later I called again myself and one of the employees said she had found it and would mail it to me but by then I had already paid for a replacement....anyway, i am going to do anything in my power to make sure the company I work for does not use this company again!! I have had good service from the people at the Enterprise Lake Charles office. They always took care of me and my rental needs. Yes, they are understaffed sometimes, but they always are taking care of their customers and their needs as best as they can. They are always helpful with rental extensions when you need it. They have always been good at meeting my rental needs, even when I request a special vehicle for what I need it for. I have had good experiences with the Lake Charles Office. Their staff is real helpful and friendly. Their manager is always trying to be very helpful as people have special needs to be met.
